Enjoyed my first visit here. The (seasonal) King Cake latte and King Cake Praline were both excellent. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and pleasant. Nice addition to this area!

Heard good things about Pj's, so when I got a delivery order from them I figured why not. Supposed to pick up the order at 1025. I got here at 1015. Stood at the pick up area for about 10 minutes before someone finally asked of I had been helped, only to find my order hasn't even been started yet. Places of business who use delivery companies need to treat their drivers like customers, because now due to my first experience.. I will never order PJs coffee and I won't recommend them when I pick up Lyft/Uber passengers and they ask where's a good place for specific products. It's now 1027 and they still haven't started on my order.

Welcoming atmosphere. Classic coffee shop feel. The Barista's we're very knowledgeable of the menu and offered suggestions based on my coffee drink preferences. The shop has a wide variety of whole bean coffee selections and other great gift ideas for coffee lovers on your list.

We were longtime Starbucks regulars and decided to try PJ’s in Bossier City one evening. The drinks and the service were outstanding and we haven’t gone back to Starbucks since and that was almost 2 years ago. Brandi (the owner) was training a few new people recently and it slowed the service down just a bit but I’d rather wait and make sure my drinks are perfect - and they always are. Other than that I’ve never had slow service. At all. This is a locally owned & operated business that I feel has the best drinks & service anywhere so why would I want to continue making the Starbucks CEO, Board and shareholders even richer when I can pay my money to good local people who appreciate my business and deserve it? Special shout out to Barista Maddie who always greets me at the drive thru with a big smile, great attitude and delivers me perfect drinks Thank you Brandi, Maddie and all the other great people at PJ’s in Bossier - you guys are the absolute best!

Today was my very first visit, though I've been wanting to try PJs for a while. I am so glad I had time to stop by because this place is AWESOME. Delicious coffee and hot chocolate, and their employees are super sweet. Maddie was my batista and she was very patient and informative while explaining to me the many beverage options available. 10/10 I definitely recommend 😀
