Pour House Coffee

Everything has been absolutely delicious! I’m extremely addicted to their turkey club on a croissant w/ macaroni salad 👌 and those candy bar lattes, omgggg 🤩

I drive from up north to see my sister. Second time I've been here. The tall dark and handsome frappuccino is awesome. Best coffee house.

I use to love Pour House and would go almost daily. The service is terrible now and after waiting for about 20-30 minutes on coffee sometimes it would still turn out wrong. This has been multiple accounts. I hate writing a bad review for anyone but the quality is not what it use to be and it makes me so sad. Unless the old workers return I will not be back.

It is only a drive through and drive-through menu is small compared to what is available if you know what to ask for. A better menu option or app ordering would make this place the best in town. Coffee-wise, you will not find anything better just take your time and ask what they have that isn't listed.

Just came from there the very nice young lady Abby was very sweet and helpful she took care of my order and my brother's order and did very well. I will definitely like to go back sometime soon because I love your alls coffee. And with that kind of service you make it feel people feel like you all care.

Delicious! 😋 It’s become a Saturday morning routine to enjoy Pour House Coffee in Russell, KY, before running errands. Iced and frozen versions are my favorite, especially the Mocha or Black & White, while my husband likes the hot Mocha Latte. I highly recommend saying yes to toppings on your beverages if you like whipped cream and a generous drizzle of syrup. The drive-thru location is fast, courteous, and runs like a well-oiled machine. It makes me happy to see a line of cars, because I know others are enjoying this fantastic cafe, too. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the product is exceptional. They have excellent muffins, scones, cinnamon rolls, and cake pops, too. They love to greet furry friends and treat them to a special cup all their own - we called ours a “kitty cup” for our precious Fred! Their new cafe is located across the parking lot and is a terrific addition to their already booming business. Since you’ve read this far, you should go now! ☕️🧋🚗

Very accommodating for dietary restrictions! You can very easily make substitutions to your drink :) they provide gluten free and dairy free options just make sure to double check ingredients! Happy traveling everyone 💚

So good to have a great coffee and food served by a local owned and operated business! BTW you have to try the Miele, which is honey-cinnamon coffee (I like mine iced). If you're by there give them a try.

Pour House has the best staff, coffee and food! Great atmosphere at their new cafe! And I love how they support other small businesses by brining in different food daily. Staff is so friendly and talkative. And their mochas are the bomb!
