Staff is only friendly to regular customers. Don't bother entering if you don't already know these people. Also their "cappuccino" has very little espresso. Really just hot milk. I was ignored and unimpressed.

Fantastic coffee at reasonable prices. Great atmosphere as well. Lovely outdoor seating along with indoor seating. Their food and coffees are well known for being the best in Paducah!

Every single experience is better than the last and I've been going to Etcetera for over 10 years. The staff is incredible, the atmosphere light and fun, and the beverages and snacks are made to perfection. Would recommend this place(either location) to anyone.

Great staff! They are super helpful in navigating a dense menu. So much selection can leave you a little flustered, but the baristas are super patient and eager to help you find the perfect item for your coffee house chill or your grab and dash caffeine refill.

I actually changed my rating down to a two. I've been going here for years. There is a growing lack of good customer service. In fact, staff doesn't seem to be friendly at all. A special order is typically met with "no!" As it was when my daughter asked if she could have her frozen drink made with ice instead of ice cream. Service should be better and the way to make your customer feel welcome right away is to greet them and smile.
