Niko's Bakery & Cafe

After all the Thanksgiving feasting I wanted a light lunch today. My boss had recommend Niko's to me some time ago so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a bowl of the beef and vegetable soup to go. I was waiting for my order when I remembered that my boss had recommended the coffee. I ordered a cup. The extremely friendly employee working the register informed me that if I downloaded their app I could get my cup of coffee for free. So I downloaded their app.
Now to the important stuff. The soup was AMAZING! It reminded me of Caldo de Res, which is a Mexican stew. The beef was tender. The soup was perfectly seasoned. The coffee was really good as well. I'd say it's the best cup of coffee I've had in Owensboro so far. I would definitely recommend this place and know that I will be back soon!

This place is AMAZING! Wonderful from scratch Breads, Soups, Salads & Desserts. Everything is made with only the highest quality ingredients & it shows. The staff is always friendly & the food is delicious.
