Stopped by to see what they had for Star Wars Day and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely intend on going back.

Always good food here! It is small so ordering is sometimes crowded.

I love going to this place! The food is always so delicious and fresh with the addon of reasonable pricing. They have some good places to sit inside and out with come cool artwork and sculptures.

First time trying this place looking for something different. Not impressed. Not the friendliest place. One girl was nice, but the rest acted like they didn't want to be there or that I was bothering them. The food was okay. Ordered a sandwich and side pasta and waited a while for it.

Love the food, atmosphere, staff! Great addition to our community!

This is what the owner considers acceptable for use in a commercial setting. I disagree (as do many people who have seen these photos, plus others not included [including videos]).

Some of the food code violations:

Improper storage of food handling tools [Scoop being stored in the product with handle down. Scoop being stored in product when there is a storage area for the Scoop.]

Unsanitary dishes [Slick, shiny film on many of the plastics that rubs off when touched. Film on flatware that rubs off when touched.]

[Product too close or touching the floor.]

The photos attached were taken to not only record what was being left dirty or whatever the issue was, but to communicate these things to Matt. A vast majority of issues brought up would - for lack of a better word - be ignored. I've talked to GRHD about this and nothing happened so I figured I would open this up for anybody to see and make their own decision about.

Make your own decision on whether to spend your money here. Treat this as nothing more than more information to make a decision on.

Excellent choice of pastries and breads. Serving local coffee and 3 local shops to take home and brew. Had the cinnamon scone and Mylke coffee and was quite pleased.

Wonderful first time experience! Very kind staff, made wonderful suggestions and accommodations to my preferences, and were super fast. Food is amazing!! Can't wait to go back for breakfast tomorrow :)

We came to Owensboro for the KWC Family weekend. Our son has been telling us how much he enjoys this little bakery. We decided to take him to breakfast here on Saturday morning. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches and breakfast pastries. Everything was very good. My sandwich, the Florentine, was so good. The bread was a wonderfully toasted crusty bread that added to the wonderful flavors of the Ham, spinach, cheese, egg and sauce. Everyone else enjoyed their items as well. Even better then the great food was the pleasant conversation with the staff. The employee helping us, talked about my son in a way that let me know she remembers him and serves him when he comes in. That always makes a mom feel good, knowing local businesses are taking care of your college students when you can't be there to do it. Thanks for a wonderful breakfast. Even more thanks for "seeing" my student and treating them well.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The food is that good! My order is always perfect and super fresh! My new favorite lunch spot, and their breakfast sandwiches are amazing too! I highly recommend! They also have vegetarian option s available!
