Love love love!

This is my 1st time going and the experience was everything. I don't remember the man's name but he was super helpful! I told him what I drink and he gave me two really great recommendations. So if you're worried or nervous not being a regular just let them know and they'll point you in the right direction.

Love the local aesthetic and the shop itself is really clean and beautiful. You can get work done or you can meet a friend for coffee and you'll have a great experience. I tried to not drink the whole thing before I got a picture but as you can see I got a head start 😉

Great experience, will go again soon.

This used to be one of my favorite places but has really gone downhill. Despite this "English muffin" being palm sized, it was doughy and undercooked. The staff suddenly changed here, and I guess so did the quality :(
.
Update: I thank Justin for the response and look forward to speaking with him. However, I want to address some false information. 1) Carabello's staff went through a major turnover. Whatever the time span, the staff changes ushered in a different culture in my opinion. 2) I DID ask for it warmed, and it was still as pictured. It is disheartening that the owners response would attempt to paint me as an incompetent customer. I have given Carabello TONS of shining reviews, referred friends, and hosted clients there. The past few experiences I've had, since the staff change, have been less positive. That is my experience and opinion.

This is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Cincinnati. This gem in Newport is so welcoming and of course has amazing coffee! The staff all take pride in making the perfect cup for you. I highly recommend stopping at Carabello. You won't be disappointed. Try the cold brew!

Great location, amazing staff, fair prices! I wasn't impressed with the espresso though. I drink it straight which makes it more revealing, and it may simply be a question of taste, but it's a shame since it should be the main attraction. The pastry selection was also rather unexciting. The search continues...

Hidden gem! Carabello is the perfect stop on a chilly day. Not only is the atmosphere quirky and fun, but the team is too. We ordered the London Fog, London Fog with 2 Espresso shots, hot chocolate, and a peppermint mocha. We treated ourselves to breakfast as well, and dined on sausage egg burritos fresh from the grill, and house salsa on the side. Highly recommended!

We used Carabello for our wedding reception and we were not disappointed. I called about a year in advance and was told that they only needed two weeks notice. So two weeks before I called to arrange for the basic package which provided gallons of coffee in carafes and the "fixings," including cups, stir sticks, creamer, and sugar. It ended up being so much cheaper than I expected that I actually asked if the price was correct!

They were a breeze to work with! Our venue was across the street from Carabello (828 The Turn), so I was able to send one of my bridesmaid's teen kids over in the middle of the reception to pick up the coffee and supplies. Everything went so smoothly that I didn't even realize when it happened! We did have to return the carafes the following Monday because they were closed by the time our wedding was over and we didn't realize they weren't open on Sunday, but it was not a problem! They didn't even charge me the usual deposit for the carafes, which was so nice of them.

My guests were so pleased to have coffee as a little pick-me-up! Highly recommend using them for any of your events!

Been here many times as they make the best ever London fog. And the analog bar is always a nice experience. Friendly staff

Just a stop on our way through town. It is a very cute place for coffee lovers. The cafe was where we sat but they have another half that is a coffee bar! The coffee was very good and my son liked their hot chocolate. Also their salted carmels are delicious!

Great service, beautiful interior design and lovely outdoor seating. I love their walk through windows. The barista was very knowledgeable and helpful

Beans and make are actually really good! The vibe is a little too grass roots/cracker barrel to sit and work, but for a place to grab a good coffee to go this is the spot. I’ve tried a few places in Cincy and it’s hard to find quality. This place has it. I bought an Oat Milk latte iced and am well pleased. Will be back when passing through.
