I love their teas, they're fantastic, and they're shop is adorable, but unfortunately the staff isn't always friendly or helpful.

I came in looking for recommendations for gifts, and was able to be very specific about what the people I was shopping for like and dislike. The young lady working offered no suggestions whatsoever, and would only refer me back to the menu. I was a little disappointed, as I was hoping to be able to gift something unique to LTC, but stuck with standard blends like Irish Breakfast, to be safe.

If you like tea even a little bit, GO HERE! You walk in and there's tea and tea decor everywhere, glasses full of tea leaves so you can smell to see what you like. Huge variety of tea and tea accessories. I got a bag of the Iron Goddess of Mercy Oolong tea and Clouds & Mist green tea. Both are excellent and were roughly $17 each for a 100 gram bag. Honestly ever since I left I just keep wanting to go back.

There are only a few places to sit at the counter, so it's mainly to go. They have two walls of loose tea, buy by the oz or cup.

They have tea infusers, mugs, stickers, containers, and some knickknacks.

I absolutely love seeing real people run their own store, and have their own vision. This place is awesome, I love everything about it! The selection is insane, the value is hard to obtain because of the cost of tea vs how much tea it makes but the flavor is phenomenal!

You definately need to try this place out!

Edit: The spring/ summer 2022 seasonal teas are delicious! Don't miss the rainforest leopard and pink guava! So friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer all my questions and I have enjoyed the tea so much. There's plenty of choices.

Small store with delicious tea blends, brewing equipment, and helpful staff. The seasonal teas are always a treat! The sampler boxes are a great value and provide an opportunity to try many blends based on a theme.

Louisville Tea Company is a local gem! They offer so many unique and delicious blends. There's something for everyone, from the tea purists to those of us who are happy to try out a blend with candy or marshmallows in the mix. The shop is adorable and offers a ton of fun tea accessories. Their to-go beverages are also delicious, and their staff is always friendly and helpful.

My wife and I come here nearly every other week. There's always something new to try and I've never been disappointed. Their sampler boxes are wonderful and provides a wide variety of teas to experience. The staff is kind and educated and always provide a pleasant experience. Beyond selling wonderful tea, the other items and trinkets make perfect birthday and holiday gifts. This absolutely a local business tha I'm proud of and love to support.
