Pizza was excellent. Crust was thin but not too floppy, cooked perfect! Will always come here when in Louisville.

Mom brought me here since she loves their pizza. It was pretty good. Staff was really cool also. I forgot i had brought in an aluminum Bud Light bottle they politely asked me to take it to the car and finish. πππ

As a white person, I am well-versed in non-spicy foods. Unfortunately, the pickles in "the new dill" pizza fit that banal bill.
First of all, whatever device you use to look up the menu online, the text is too small and becomes ineligible if you try to enlarge it enough to read the toppings. You would assume "the new dill" pizza would use dill pickles as a topping, right? Wrong!
Upon tasting these very distinctive pickles, both the server and the manager assured us that the bread and butter pickles we clearly tasted were actually spicy garlic and dill pickles made just two blocks away from their location! The general response to my repeated insistence that these were clearly bread and butter pickles was "what do you want us to do about it?" No one checked to make sure a mistake was made, and the suggestion that the menu ought to be amended to be more accurate was met with silence.
Admittedly, I did not make these pickles myself, but I've had many pickles in my lifetime, and I know what dill pickles taste like. It tasted nothing like garlic, dill, and/or anything spicy was involved in the creation of these. Maybe, at one point, some seasonings dry humped the pickles, but no fluids or flavors were exchanged.
Perhaps they weren't bread and butter pickles, but they were very sweet, not spicy at all, and certainly didn't taste of any dill. The only spice on that pizza came from the standard hot sauce, and the hot sauce I added at home to cover up how sweet the pickles were.
All in all, it's hard to judge The Post on a singular pizza, but the apathy regarding communication with ingredients means I won't be going back for seconds.

Staff was friendly and seated us immediately. Food was great. Pizza was one of the best in Louisville. A little heavy on the semolina flour on the big plain slice. Crust on the personal 12" white pizza was perfect, flavor was awesome. Calzone was delicious as well. Can't wait for second visit.

One of my first Dine outs in louisivlle was at the post. They have some of the best pizza in the city at reasonable prices with a great beer selection. Their rotating monthly pizzas are a limited time delight. They once had a pickle pizza which tasted AMAZING. This month is a mushroom pizza that turned me into Super Bentley. Next month? Who knows!? But I'm sure it'll be amazing

The pizza was great! The sandwiches were as good as the pizza! Large portions and perfectly cooked. The service was NOT good. The waitress was not friendly and seemed irritated that we were there. I hope management reads this. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch!

Hands down, best NY style pizza pies in town. The monthly special is always creative and tasty, and you cannot go wrong with those large, perfectly foldable individual slices of pep or cheese. The rotating selection on tap usually have a nice variety too.
And when December rolls around, DO NOT MISS the chicken and waffles pizza. It is incredible
Being as good as they are, it is sometimes hard to get a table at peak dinner times while they're also juggling carry out. Be prepared to either come early, order ahead, or be patient.

Absolutely wonderful spot to grab a slice - and usually a big one. Quiet but fun atmosphere, attentive staff, excellent monthly special pies, and an ever rotating slice-of-the-day. No visit ever has to be the same as the previous one if you're feeling adventurous!

We stopped by here during our visit to Louisville. We weren't happy that after sitting for 10 minutes, we had to ask to be served. But apparently we were sitting in an area that isn't typically serviced. We were immediately helped by another server once we brought it to someone's attention. The waitress was very nice and the pizza was delicious. I definitely recommend for anyone visiting Louisville!

Service at the bar was poor. Bartender kept disappearing to the kitchen and never engaged in conversation with the guests.
The Their Caesar salad is something other than a Caesar salad. It does not include romaine lettuce, parmesan, bread crumbs, or anchovies. Rather, it consists of field greens and olives.
They showed bowling on the TV (boring!). The wait staff scrolled through their phones rather than engaging customers. Sorry to be so negative, but this place has so much potential.
Based on my less than adequate experience and the negative comments from the management regarding my review, we will not be returning as customers. Thankfully, Louisville has many other options to chose from where customer service takes a priority.
