I volunteer at Lucky Cat Cafe and Lounge every Saturday and I love it here! The cozy atmosphere, the well-taken care of kitties, the mission behind the organization, and the women who run the place really make this place special. This nonprofit coordination within Louisville is just what we need and it provides itself a model to other cities nationwide about how successful a nonprofit animal organization can be. I am happy to volunteer and help these cats find their furr-ever homes! And it doesn't hurt that the cats rock and my fellow volunteers give their all when they are here. This place is all about the cats and I love that!

I was at the Lucky Cat Cafe today and it was great. I had always wished we had a cat cafe locally and was so glad when two opened in Louisville. The cats were sweet and playful. There were couches to sit on and toys to toss. The cat lounge fee was reasonable and the drink and snack choices were good. If I had been looking to adopt today, a tabby clearly wanted me to choose him. The employees are very knowledgeable. They also have a gift shop with cat merchandise. I recommend it highly.

This was amazing! A little pricy, but well worth it as the the money supports the upkeep of the cafe and the well being of the cats. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the cats were so friendly. Most of the cats are up for adoption and this is definitely the place to go if you're looking to adopt. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax with a cup of coffee and some cats, or for someone looking to adopt a cat instead of shopping for one.

Definitely my preferred cat café in Louisville. Cats always seem very happy and well cared-for. Very relaxed; feels like a second home (it's also sparkling clean!). I really like that there are three different rooms so both cats and humans can have slightly more privacy when needed. There's plenty of furniture for everyone, including a super comfy couch. The owner, Carla, is wonderful, as are all the volunteers I've had contact with. They also play really pleasant music. This is a must-do when in Louisville :)

This is the third cat cafe I have visited, and it's the one I'm most excited to return to! On a Sunday morning, it wasn't busy at all -- about four or five people were in and out throughout the hour I was there. With three rooms of cats, it was easy to spread out and have your own time with the animals. I love that it's in a house, because it made my time there more cozy and relaxing. The person working was attentive and helpful. I also like that there is info posted about each of the cats on the wall. I can't wait to come back soon!

I love Lucky Cat! I have visited twice now and enjoy seeing the variety of personalities in all the cats, seeing people and families fall in love with the cats they want to take home, and of course getting a cup of tea as the cherry on top. Lucky Cat is an ethical organization with a variety of activities, and they have helped so many cats find forever-homes. I can't wait to go back, and am so grateful to have them in my community!

Such an enjoyable experience! The cats seemed very relaxed and happy! Plenty of kitties, of all ages and sizes. Loved how they had stickers indicating their personalities. Staff was wonderful and it felt very homey and not rushed. Will be back!

Fantastic place. Beautiful inside and out. From the outside it's an old house painted bright blue with a lovely cat mural on the side. Can't miss it. On the inside it's a nice little house with three rooms available to walk through and relax with many lovely kitties. Not much of a cafe, as what's available to eat and drink is somewhat minimal, but that's not the focus of the place. If you're looking for a cafe with cats, check out Purrfect Day, but if you want a nice place to spend time with cats, this place can't be beat.

Lucky Cat Cafe is a non-profit cat cafe in Louisville. I highly recommend it. It's such an open, welcoming atmosphere. The way everything is set up is as if you're just in someone's home, getting to play with cats! There are kittens as well as grown cats, and ones that need extra love and care. It's good to see a community where pets are being loved until a good home is found. I know my next cat will be found from there!

Went to a private event here with my kids and they had a great time! The kids did a cute kitty craft and then got to play with all the cats. Karla & Gail were very nice and knowledgeable. Just wanted to commend them for the work they are doing, it takes special people to start and run a non-profit and I am glad I got to meet them! Please support the good work they are doing for these furry felines.
