One the best places in Louisville for great coffee! The mango tea is superb!

My husband and I will only buy coffee from Heine Bros. We go to the drive thru at the Gardiner Lane location. My only complaint- they do not know how to operate a drive thru! It takes us, on average, 10-15 min to get our order of 2 coffees when we are about 2 cars behind the speaker. Then we get to the window and see the workers chatting and laughing. They don't have a lot of respect for people's time. There is ONE girl who is quiet and meek and works a lot of Sunday mornings alone, and she is the fastest, and most polite. Wish I knew her name, because she should train all the others. Great coffee, nice people, but need help with how to operate a drive thru.

The Longest Avenue location, located on a short avenue, is tucked away just off the corner of Bardstown Road. It's attached to Charmichael's, so you can get your coffee and the latest James Patterson novel which was definitely written by James Patterson and not some other schmo who will get only a fraction of the profits.

But Heine Bros. coffee is made by the person behind the counter--unlike the James Patterson novel--and they serve it up hot and fast. They even sometimes laugh at my weird, awkward jokes about not knowing anything about coffee or when I make terrible puns. Bless their hearts for putting up with me.

Any Heine Bros is a fantastic place to get work done and enjoy some quiet time. Their cheddar chive biscuits are delightful, so if you're feeling peckish, give that a try.

I had the worse experience. After I purchase a coffee and raspberrie muffin and talking to Claire Heine and another young lady about GOD one of the employees call police. The 5th division police Audis and Collins aggressively approach me and before I knew it I was cuffed push causing me to summersault backwards.THERE was a black male who was filming it on his phone and they told him to stop filming. He hasn't been seen since I wonder why. I wouldn't recommend anyone who is rightous to patronize this place. They are ungodly and unrightous people. Who support police brutality and lies. God didn't bless them just like he didn't bless america. Every thing they have is from Satan if you support them you support a evil wicked company because there is nothing organic about these wicked people are the over priced coffee. At least Starbucks stands for equality and fair treatment unlike the Heine brothers. Justice will be serve because God is in control and the meek shall inherit the earth. So enjoy it while it last only the righteous will inherit the 🌎

Coffee is absolutely amazing. Not to mention the free WiFi is fast and helps me get my work done! Prices are decent definitely would recommend this coffee shop!!!

Lattes were excellent and the ladies working were friendly. The vibe has become less friendly over the years but I'll chalk that up to the patrons from my visit and not due to management. Great location!

Yeah I waited 7 minutes for a spicy southwest bowl to get heated up and half of it was ICY. All you do is put it in the microwave I don’t see how it’s that hard. So now my lunch is icy thanks!

I really like this location but they need to stop requesting a tip every time you order. And after checking my card I see that they took out a tip after I gave them a tip in cash and told them nit to take it off of my card
