Every time I come to Louisville, I make sure to come to Dalat's. I always get their Boba Teas (my Favorite is their Thai Tea), their famous Hot Dogs put inside of a fresh Bread Roll & of course their Bánh Mí toasted. 🌸🧋💜🧋🌸

If you're in the neighborhood by Iroquois Park, which I am on occasion when I'm grocery shopping at the Vietnam Market, I always make a stop here for their toasted $5 banh mi's. Worth every penny!!! The French loaf hoagie is light and fluffy on the inside and flaky crispy on the outside. Some people might like more meat to fill, but for me the balance of sliced sausage and picked vegetables is just right. Even my mom agrees 😁

Love the milk teas and slushies!! Everyone was inviting and genuinely nice. Will definitely be our go to 😁

Their Vietnamese iced coffee! Amazing! Me and my boyfriend literally go out of the way to get this. Plus the guy that runs it is super nice. There's an extra 25 cents to use your card if your charging less than 20 dollars. But it's 25 cents of convenience so I don't have to get cash out.

I purchased a Bahn Mi sandwich and a Vietnamese style iced coffee. The sandwich is an excellent price, only $4, and made out of fresh bahn mi bread, cilantro, onions, carrots, cucumber, a spicy mayo, and thin strips of aged pork (similar to bacon or prosciutto). Even though it's not a jam-packed meat american-style sandwich, the flavor combos are pretty amazing. Perfect for a small sandwich on-the-go. And the coffee was very tasty.
Looking at previous reviews, I can honestly say that even though, yes, the place is rather "dry" looking, or not very inviting, this is very common with Vietnamese-style restaurants and eating. In fact, it is normal for Vietnamese to be quite brash in their speaking and mannerisms in a restaurant setting. Not mean at all, but just succinct and to the point. You are here to stuff your face, not be catered to like a prince/princess. We aren't used to that in America, but it's simply a cultural difference. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone to get goodies for work or parties, or to stop by for a quick lunch. Just don't expect your water to be topped off every 10 minutes.

I have been coming here since I was a small child.
It amazing to see how it changed iver the year.
Think someone took over but they still have the same menu 🥰

The new place looks amazing!

The only Vietnamese with French-culinary influence bakery in town! Everytime I am in the store, my first order is a large ice coffee which is just exceptional. After that, I would usually browse the bakery display and give-in to my sweet tooth cravings. You won't go wrong picking anything from the counters or the delightful display. I also heard that their boba tea smoothies are some of the best in the area! But, I usually have my fill with iced coffee and don't dare to venture out to any other liquid delights.

One less star because their Bánh Mì sub tastes subpar from other places.

I have reviewed this place once before but just went there today and the whole store was remodeled I think there still trying to finish it on the dining side but it's looking great inside plus they added popping boba to the menu and I'm all for it wish they have different flavors of popping boba with the option of just a juice without the green tea but the drink I choose with the rainbow popping boba was still really good for those green tea with flavor lovers ..also the bahn mi sandwiches are always really delicious

This place has the best boba tea that i know of in town. My only complaint is that it seems to be a frequent occurrence for them not to be open during the listed hours. I have driven all the way there on multiple occasions just for them to be closed, which is frustrating & inconvenient, time is precious please don’t waste it. Nevertheless I keep coming back for the boba tea.
