I really enjoyed this place. It is a community gem that folks interested in trying food from different parts of the world might like to try. It should be supported for this reason alone. It is as if you are stepping inside the Balkans, if only for some pita!

It's been years since I've had baklava as good as they serve at Borsalino. So so good!! Finished with a perfectly delicious double espresso and I'm in heaven. I'm dying to try the burek next time...

We loved the meat variety plate; chicken, beef and pork with delicious bread. Loved all of the European candies (bought some) and the tiramisu and baklava was awesome.

Great food!! The gyros is awesome. The food is simple down to earth. Plenty good filling food that’s full of flavor. Definitely coming back.

Had coffee and baklava this morning with a friend. Quiet enough for a conversation but not too quiet. Lovely place. Would have scored 5 stars if they had opened on time. Hours have been changed on website now.

A taste of home for anyone from Eastern Europe. The cevapi were authentic and delicious! The family owned shop was friendly and genuine. Love the flood of memories it brought!

This is such a cozy little coffee shop/deli/ bakery that made me forget I was in Louisville for a bit. I came in here to do some work, get caffeinated and grab a quick snack. I ordered the freshly made borek-- the portions were gigantic and delicious. I ended up getting a to-go box because there was no way I could finish it. The coffee was good and strong. The options are regular coffee, latte, cappuccino, and espresso. There's also a case of gorgeous pastries and treats-- tiramisu, baklava, cute little cakes, etc. The manager/barista was super sweet and told me that if you have a group of 5 or more people and plan with them in advance, they can arrange to do an entire home-cooked Bosnian feast! Def gonna have to try that sometime.
