Today I learned that this little gem is right down the road from my favorite Kroger! Great coffee, fast and friendly staff. Sign on the door requiring masks. Quiet inside, with a cute and quirky atmosphere. Outdoor seating off the sidewalk as well. The menu gave great, helpful descriptions of drink options for us non-connoisseurs. Their cortado was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to check out their food menu.

The team at Bean is welcoming, responsive, respectful and considerate. Their treatment of the pandemic we are currently in has made me feel so safe, and I’m glad they’re taking measures to protect their employees and customers. Bravo, Bean Coffee! The atmosphere is great for studying or business meetings, I never feel rushed or unwanted, and the coffee is excellent. Thanks Bean!

Nice, cozy place. Lots of seating area. I loved sitting by the window where they have cute succulents. Lattes were pretty good! They have the syrups you could want, (like lavender which made me happy) and seasonal offerings. It’s also a nice progressive space which I really appreciate.

I enjoyed coming here for a cup of coffee. I tried some coconut drink that I cannot remember the name of here for the very first time and it was absolutely amazing. I recommend anyone that comes here to try the drink. The area is nice and clean and lots of seating it’s a nice open floor plan. The service was pretty quick. I will definitely be coming back here and I recommend anyone to come here for a cup of coffee.

Quaint little place with great service. Food and coffee was mediocre though. Some of the breakfast menu isn't available until 9am.

Crucial player in the local coffee scene. A true neighborhood coffee shop. Beverage quality holds its own against any of the other local shops.
Despite the limited seating, Bean has a great vibe. They are doing the best with the space they have. I always take a CBD shot in my drinks here.

I typically go to Bean when I’m in town as they have great coffee. I was very disappointed in their customer service today. The shop was very busy so I patiently waited in line about 15 mins to place my order. I then waited another 20 minutes for my coffee; but I noticed several people who ordered after me had received their drinks. So I asked the barista if mine would be ready soon to which I was brushed off and told it was coming. Shortly after, she realized a cup had not been placed for my order and whispered to another employee to make one. I overheard and asked about it and was told she forgot to make the cup. There was no sense of urgency or even an apology for the error, which really disappointed me. A simple “we’re really sorry about that” can go along way. Ultimately I requested a refund and received that. Maybe if I looked more like others in the coffee shop I wouldn’t have been dismissed the way I was.

Wonderful coffee shop in Germantown. They have a great vibe and good food/drinks. I love that they have good hours too! 7-7 everyday is very convenient. They also roast in house, and you can taste that quality in their espresso. I loved their mocha made with their house dark chocolate ganache - flavorful but not overly sweet.

Chill neighborhood Italian style coffee shop. Kinda quirky place, in addition to selling freshly ground coffee from beans they roast in house (actually in back of house.... You can see the grinder and roaster up close) they have lots of food items, local art on the walls for sale and classic denim blue jeans.... because of course. Service was attentive & friendly, my coffee was good, I didn't have a chance to try any of the food yet but the denim jeans looks tasty.

Best roaster in town. The coffee isn’t too acidic, and is roasted to perfection. This is where you go in town to get beans especially if you prefer to grind yourself.
