Love this business! Bought my first mountain bike last year, and though I had done a lot of homework, these guys gave me solid advice and helped me narrow down the choices and select a perfect bike for me. Has been the same way with the add-on purchases since then. Everyone I've met there has been knowledgeable and helpful with purchases and maintenance. Never any sales pressure. They definitely seem more interested in long-term customer relationships than quick transactions. I don't even bother looking anywhere else for upgrades and accessories--w/ the exception of my hitch-mounted bike rack they've had everything I've needed. The beautiful building, pleasant work space, and great coffee are just gravy!

Broomwagon is a North Lexington staple. The shop does some of the best work I've come across and offer a great selection of bikes and accessories. The cafe makes the best egg sandwiches around and the seasonal coffee menu is always inventive and inspired. Highly recommend.

Fantastic LBS. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about everything regarding bicycles. They offer services that cover the spectrum of custom-built wheels to custom repair jobs to minor tune-ups - they have you covered to get you back on your bike(s). Small showroom in the store, but they offer lots for every age, skill of rider, and style of rider. Highly recommend this place. Stop in for coffee and beer too!

Love this place, and thank you for treating the pandemic like a pandemic. Josh and Adam have been some of the most helpful bike mechanics I know along side a great cafe with excellent coffee. I recommend the Ethiopian blend.

Having a heck of a time with a rear wheel that I messed up on my gravel bike. Called today--Sunday--and spoke to Adam. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Ended up taking my wheel in for them to work on and will be looking into buying a custom built set from them as well. I think I may have found my new favorite bike shop. Thanks.

Oh my goodness! I absolutely LOVED my brunch there (jammie waffle—waffle with homemade jam and fried eggs) with my americano. I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy I felt on their patio (thanks to their chimineas) on a 32 degree day. I will definitely be going back again and again.

Ordered some kind of owner up drink. It was supposed to have coffee and peanut which are strong flavors plus I ordered whole milk. She made it will coconut milk and it didn’t taste like it had any coffee or peanut butter. It was really gross, it tasted like watery bananas. I called asking for a refund and the “manager” was confrontational and said she made it correct except the coconut milk. This was my first and last time giving this place my business.

Everything about Broomwagon Bikes + Coffee is spectacular, from their food to their coffee, beer, and especially their customer service. I came to this store at a random recommendation of someone I met on the streets of Lexington when asking about moving to the city. Adam was patient with me, a new rider, and helped me select the perfect bike for my needs. From the moment my bike arrived to future visits they have impressed with their knowledge and skill--I would recommend this place to anyone interested in coffee, beer, and especially cycling!

Had the Bumble Buzz latté made with bourbon honey and it was delicious. Not a wide range of bikes to choose from. Mostly just city/commuter bikes. Great vibe. Would be a great place to study or have a business meeting. Also has an outdoor area with tables.
