The Hive - East Coast Kitchen & Coffee Bar

We found this place by accident while traveling from St Louis/Ft Worth for a mother-daughter trip. The atmosphere was wonderful and the the food was delicious! We got a little bit of all the favorites recommended by the sweetest server. The best homemade strawberry jelly EVER!

My 1st visit here. The coffee was cold, The sausage gravy has no sausage, The biscuits are made with cake mix so it's more of a muffin than Biscuit. Whoever makes the food is not tasting what they're serving. Easy to see why they don't have repeat business. They won't have to worry about us coming back.

Love the Hive! Great atmosphere, great food, great service and delicious lattes! So unique that there’s a restaurant on the main level and then a cozy coffee shop with delicious baked goods on the 2nd level.

Arrive early or drive the lot to find parking. Super cute inside. Friendly and attentive staff. Interesting food and brunch options. Bourbon waffles, gotta/eggs and hash browns. Lattes and liquor too. Cozy and comfortable.

Visited the Coffee shop portion for a group event this morning. Room was nicely spaced and large TV. The staff was helpful and friendly. The coffee was good and looked like the food options are supporting dietary constraints, as well as moonlight donuts being there.

Great coffee and food ! 4/5 because they skipped over our reservation and service was slow upstairs. Other than that it was a good experience

My GF and I went here for the first time based on a recommendation and their food reviews. Everything was timely, clean and the food was superb. The link style sausage especially! If I had to suggest an improvement for anything, it is simply that I expected the cappuccino I ordered to be sweet or to be asked how I liked it since it seemed to be unsweetened, but I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you all for a great first visit!

Stopped in to try their coffee and was not let down. It was wonderful and the people there were super friendly. Can't wait to go back and try their lunch menu.

First visit in January 2 stars, Extremely slow service.strawberrysalad tiny, more like side dish. Very busy Fri at 1139 a m. Parked across the street. Left at 2:00. Second visit February Thursday at noon totally different. Pete was a great server, attentive and helpful. Checked salad dressing ingredients for member of our group, bringing her all the bottles. National pizza day so had very delicious thin crust margherita pizza. Ample parking, no wait, prompt service, no complaints. Will go again.

New favorite Lunch and Brunch spot! Delicious food, efficient attentive service, thoughtful interior design- All of these elements put you right at ease!
