Always enjoy barnes and noble. Great book selection for all kinds of people and interests. Rarely do I go in there and not find what I'm looking for. If I haven't found it staff has always been helpful in finding it online and getting it shipped to the house or store. I keep going back for a reason.

This is one of my favorite locations in Bowling Green. The staff in knowledgeable, the location easy to find - though parking can be a little bit of a pain -, and the building is well-kept. This location also has a Starbucks, which makes for a great pick-me-up while looking for your next great read.

I love B&N and I love Starbucks inside B&N, but what I don't love is that they also seem to have become a toy store! I'll bet there are a lot of people who feel the same way. Give me more books to shop for and leave your toy selling for online sales.

Went late evening time employees were very kind and helpful. Also have a membership to B&N which gives you monthly free cafe drink. Checkout lines none which was nice but checkout person did seem to busy took a minute for her to know we're ready

The store is clean and nice. The shelves are well organized, and the assistants are kind and helpful. A great place to go for books.

Unfortunately, the book prices at the B&N stores everywhere are excessive, and that is all that matters because, in the end, we don't visit the B&N bookstores to socialize but to purchase books.

As an example, when I needed to purchase three books about two weeks ago I checked the prices both at B&N and Amazon, and found out that I could save 40% of the total price if I purchased them at Amazon, so I got them there. The shipping was also free at Amazon.

From the B&N financial news, it is obvious that the bookstore is near broke because it cannot compete. It will probably go out of business soon.Too bad! I liked Barnes & Noble Bookstores.

This location has an unadvertised no returns policy, which is ABSURD in this day and age. Even with a receipt, the most they offer is a BN gift card. Yes, they are so desperate to trap people into shopping there that even if you return an item with a receipt you can only swap it for a different book from that location. If you need to purchase a book, do yourself a favor and buy it from Amazon. At least they have a legitimate returns policy!

Son found the Jackie Robinson Chase Funko he was looking for and my daughter got the books she wanted.

Fantastic bookstore and great people. We just did dome Christmas shopping for 5 nephews and nieces with educational kids games at 75% off.
Always a nice selection of books.

I'm a manga collector, and I can say that this store has been great for my collection. They almost always have the newest volume of whatever I'm collecting and have great variety.

Super organized with a lovely, classic book smell as soon as you enter the building. They have a variety of books and manga. Totally recommend.
