One of my favorite places to eat. Always good food and friendly service.

We stopped at this cafe on our way back to Wisconsin from our trip to Mammoth Caves. Service was friendly, fast, and very hard-working. The food was stick-to-your ribs country cooking and well worth the money. The fried pickle chips were the best we've ever had: lightly-breaded, crisp, and flavorful. (We've been to a lot of places who turn their fried pickles into chips that are mostly made of breading with a soggy, shrunken pickle slice inside.) They even offered us coffee to go.

Real nice people, down home country fare, and consistently perfect grilled cheese sandwiches. Desserts change daily, but they are all pretty tasty sweet offerings.

Little cafe out in the middle of nowhere. Very comfortable, affordable, everyone is very nice and the food is delicious. Worth the trip you won't regret it.

Stopped in for togo coffee, clearly not a regular thing for them. But they were quick, friendly and full of southern charm. If I had time I would have grabbed a bite, it smelled delicious.

Am a long-time patron of Bacon Creek. Good home cooked food. Reasonable prices. Friendly service and atmosphere. Highly recommended if like down home style dining. Ron.

Salads are big. Fish sandwich was kind of pitiful.. Looked like box fish portions. Tasted like it too. But salads are well worth money. Sweet staff.
