This place is pretty great if you're wanting home-style comfort food. I have yet to try anything on the menu that isn't tasty. Also, they serve breakfast all day, which makes it a great choice for if you're feeling brunch. The service is attentive and it has a nice casual feel. My only complaint is that sometimes, they run out of their specials or have slower service during busy hours.

I eat here pretty often for lunch and would reccomend it if you haven't given it a try.

The only problem I have with Jo Jo's is finishing up the meal. The portions are beyond generous. The service is friendly, local and always puts a smile on my face. Everything is well prepared. My wife and I had been majoring on breakfast there when we went for a mid day meal. I took a chance on the pulled pork and found it soft and melt in your mouth delicious. My wife had the catfish (always a winner). The slaw and white beans were up to par. Everything is prepared in house - solid country cooking that doesn't disappoint!
