Crafted: Coffee, Tea, Poké

I love the food, coffee, and tea. I usually eat lunch, they are always super nice. It is a cute place to study and gather with friends!

Moved here from California and was happy to finally find a poke place. Went for the first time a few weeks ago. A new girl was there, but she was friendly and the poke bowl was good, which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. Went back yesterday and everything was awful. They weren't busy, but I waited for about 10 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. They concentrated on drive through and actually helped people that came in after me first. Their prices went up, I paid for a large bowl but got the portion of a small bowl (mostly rice), they were out of crab and other ingredients which they barely put any in of what they had in the first place, and it was soaked and extra soggy and salty because toomuch sauce. I won't be going back.

Pretty upset... that I didn't try this place sooner! I didn't think a poke bowl in Kansas - landlocked and in the center of the country - would be fresh at all, in fact, I was scared to try it. I was sorely mistaken. I'm now craving it every day. Also: the strawberry dole whip is to die for.

This place is amazing!!! I love that we have something like this in Wichita. The bowls are a healthy, tasty and fresh, they also have Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee which you can’t find everywhere 😀 This place also has a very cozy and hip vibe, would be a good place to work or study.

Very good Poke! An awesome first time experience!
I had the aloha bowl. For a first timer I would recommend it. I had ahi tuna as my protein. Good flavor. They mixed well and didn't taste fishy. Fresh ingredients. The small size bowl is like an average salad bowl that I have at home and filled me up. For the coffee side I had a vanilla lavender. This did not disappoint. The atmosphere is relaxed and the background music is low, but not the kind to put you to sleep. I would eat here again and would recommend this restaurant to others.

Just stopped in for coffee during happy hour and I got a plain unsweetened latte so I could really taste the espresso. That's the first drink I like to get at a cafe the first time I go so I have a baseline for the quality of their beans. I really enjoyed the flavor of the espresso and I would say it is among the better lattes I've had in Wichita. My husband got a Vietnamese iced coffee half sweet and it was great as well. We weren't hungry so we didn't try the poke but the menu looked very intriguing so we definitely want to come back and try it.

Never been before so wanted to see what the hype was about. I got the Aloha bowl with shrimp. I wanted crab salad but they were out of it. The shrimp were tiny and had a "fishy" taste. I think there was suppose to be some sort of crispy topping on it that was not put on. I paid over $12 for a small bowl. Way over priced for what I got. I think I would have liked the crab salad better. I may go back and try that. But not impressed with what I got.

I am a usual at crafted, by far the best coffee house on the east side and the only one in the area. Great clean atmosphere. Perfect for having meetings or working. I get an ice Americano with no creamer sugar every time and I've only had to send it back once (the espresso shots were burnt). They had really good egg rolls but their fryer has been down for a while. They are reasonably priced and open decently late. Most of their staff is friendly.

I'm always satisfied with the poke bowls at Crafted. While perhaps a little pricier than other places, I keep coming back and like the flavors. I recommend getting a large bowl.
