Crafted: Coffee, Tea, Poké

This place is amazing! The food is so fresh and tasty. The drinks are delicious. The staff is incredibly helpful and extremely nice. This is one of my favorite places to get poke hands down! Me and the family will be back allot in the future.

The owner and employee provided amazing customer service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was so yummy! We loved the PokeMix bowls. I had Mahi tuna on white rice. There are lots of tasty sauces to choose from. So many add ins. Between my group we got a little of everything. We all loved the crab salad. It was light and refreshing. We also got a Pineapple dole whip. Very fluffy and creamy! It was delicious. Everything was delicious! Thank you for the great ending to a great night!

Love this place! This is my new go-to when I'm in town! I had the pleasure to meet the owner, Vicky, and she is so sweet! I can tell she works hard to make sure this place looks its best. She also takes her time to make sure your order is correct and exactly how you like it. There are so many amazing dishes to try here, too! I wished I could have taken a before picture, but the food looked so good, I dived in before I realized I needed to share. Definitely recommend you stop by this place. See you again soon, Vicky! Very friendly staff, clean and beautiful space. Got a medium latte and huge muffin for $6.50! I was here at 930 am and got a happy hour discount. Worth checking out and coffee was so yummy! Look these amazing cheesecakes too! I’ll be back to try a poke bowl and the yummy desserts.

We came here for the coffee, and couldn’t get the poké. The coffee was delicious! The Nutella frappé was a unique experience! The atmosphere was pretty calm. Wish they had more comfortable and cozy seating. I asked one of the staff members about the poké, and it did not look like they were much aware of its history, and the story of it. Maybe it’s just one person, but I figured they’d be happy to explain to us what this bowl was. They did however let us know that the poké they sell here was a fusion of Hawaiian - Asian cuisine. Overall we had a good experience, but it could have been a little more welcoming. We will be back to try the infamous poké bowl.

Crafted has great food and drink selections ic you are a lover of poke! I like to do a custom bowl and the french toast latte. You may wait a while if it's during lunch time, but it's worth having a delicious meal. It's also a great place to do remote work or meet up with a friend!

Being from Hawaii, I had to come here to experience their poke bowls. The service was good, and the establishment was clean. Being that we're in Kanas, having fresh Ahi is hard. Call me spoiled. The bolws were nice size servings. But nothing beats the island poke. I recommend coming here if you'd like to taste some of my favorite dishes!

Crafted coffee is a peaceful place to read a book, play a board game, or just to relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

The coffee is good here not the best I have had with flavors but will add to my post at a later date. They are worth another couple of experiences when I come back to Wichita.

We had a cold dirty chai, and a seasonal latte. The cold dirty chai had a great chai taste but lacked that aromatic punch at the end I enjoy with a Chai tea. It was not cold even mixed what was left with the ice.

My wife’s seasonal pumpkin was delicious for those who still like that flavor of coffee. She has a sweeter palate and enjoyed it but it was definitely for those who prefer more of a espresso flavor.

Overall would recommend just for its ambiance.

I am already a regular here. This is the best place for poke in Wichita!
My recommended sauce: Poke mix + Japanese mayo + crab meat (cuz theres sauce in it already)

Very yummy food with lots of options for customizing ingredients. Staff was friendly and fast and the location is cute and quiet. They have many options both poké and non-poké based. A bit pricey but it’s for good ingredients in good portions!
