Jay was a fantastic and customer service oriented front line person. He took time to answer our questions, explained the menu, and told us his favorite menu options. (His favorite drink is iced Chai with banana - I tried it out and loved it!) The space is clean and very well maintained. The food was excellent.

So amazing! Not just a coffee shop. They have incredible food too! The burger was cooked to perfect! Very clean inside. A nice place to sit outside. All the staff was so nice and helpful. When I am in town again I will be definitely be back!

Since moving to Salina I have stopped by the various coffee shops. Today was my first visit and I'm pleasantly surprised. It's a very nice place, clean, great location, and plenty of seating with electrical outlets. There's free Wi-Fi as well!
They have an impressive menu available that puts Starbucks to shame. Their drink choices are plenty and I enjoyed the Milky Way Latte I bought. I also tried their BLT (pictured), and it was probably one of the best I've had!
My only suggestion to the location would be to offer nutrition info. I try to order things lower in sugar and the employee didn't have any information. That's one thing I like about Starbucks - I know if a drink at 6g of sugar or 61g.
Highly recommend this place!!

Delicious coffee! I loved that it's locally owned and operated. The atmosphere was great as well. Very clean with a lot of space to study and work. I stopped here for a coffee and place to work remote while traveling through.

My wife and I came through today, just visiting, and decided to stop for coffee and breakfast. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The building seems to be pretty new, and everything was clean and modern-looking. Food was good - I had the fiesta breakfast burrito which was a bit spicier than I expected (and I am normally fine with spicy food), but still good. My wife got the biscuits and gravy. They were a little dry and needed salt and pepper. Beverages were also good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but perfectly fine.

Best coffee I have had from a restaurant. Better than Starbucks for me. Service is great, attentive to make sure your order is taken, then they bring it to you when it's done.

When I taught in Salina years ago, they had a special every week for $3 I think. I would go and get myself and the other teachers the special flavor of the week. We were always excited to see what it was and try it. They should bring that back! I am also obsessed with their scones, chai, and breakfast sandwiches. The scones are so soft and chewy. The breakfast sandwiches taste freshly made and not just some frozen egg and packaged meat sandwich. I think I may have even found a tiny piece of eggshell so that tells me it was fresh. The chai is one of my faves hands down. Every time I come back into town I have to order one of these if I have time.

I was driving through from Pennsylvania and wanted to stop at a local coffee shop. The staff was friendly talkative and very informative about the menu. However, I ordered the Fiesta Breakfast Burrito with Turkey sausage & butterscotch latte to go. I was a mile away before I opened my bag and noticed I got the Café Breakfast Sandwiches with regular sausage. I wasn’t happy and too far away to turn around.

The mokas in salina, on crawford, the person who took my order was anything from great. As me and my friend walked in (and this being my first time at a mokas) he looked at us and instantly walked away from the register even though we were both ready to order. So after he paces past us a couple times he finally takes my friends order, barely speaking above a whisper and not making any contact or greeting us. After he takes her order he walks away from me when i was about to order my drink next. He does the same thing of walking past me multiple times. Just looking around and trying to find something to do so he doesn’t have to take my order. Finally he walks up to the register and says “oh were you needing to order”. infact i was. Just was not impressed. I dont know his name but he has brown hair, small face, small lips and was wearing a denim jacket.
