What a great little place to grab a bite to eat and hang with friends. Very cozy little dining area inside, or if you prefer in the back there is outdoor dining in a whimsical little setting. It is very cute and lots of fun to hang there for awhile.

Food was excellent and the staff was bending over backwards to please their customers.

I'm just passing through town, but if I lived here this would be my go to spot to eat and meet up with friends and family.

On our way to Denver from Kansas City, we noticed a sign for Lindsborg, aka Little Swedish Town USA 🇸🇪. Debating on whether or not we wanted to take an hour detour, we did a little research on the area and happened upon a cute little coffee shop called The White Peacock, that was definitely calling our name. Upon arriving in the town, you are greeted by beautifully painted Dala horses adorning the side streets of this quaint town.

We parked in the spacious side streets and made our way up to the coffee shop noticing all the shops had little Dala horses and Swedish names. Walking into the White Peacock we were instantly and warmly greeted by a smiling young man. The coffee shop was very spacious with a couple of reading nooks, bar seating at the window, a back room with large kitchen table for meetings or work sessions and a beautiful and serene outside seating area complete with some perfectly placed water features for extra relaxing atmosphere. There were many drinks to choose from including all of the popular coffee drinks both hot and iced, as well as teas and other cool refreshing drinks. Breakfast and lunch options were also available as well as fresh baked pastries. We settled on a hot latte and a Java chip Frappuccino, and split one of their house made sandwiches, The Dala Sandwich.

The sandwich featured fresh baked toasted wheat roll with generous amounts of ham, melted cheddar cheese, mayo and some tart Swedish lingonberry. The lingonberries really helped to bring some freshness into the sandwich, which could have benefited from some lettuce, onions or tomato for some more freshness and texture. We also felt that the sandwich could have been toasted just a little bit, but overall it was a very tasty sandwich. This out of the way coffee shop was definitely worth the drive, and we were pleasantly surprised by this cute little sleepy town.

Super cute coffee shop. The barista was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a cup of black coffee, a latte with an extra shot of espresso, and an iced honey vanilla latte (based on it being a customer favorite). Both the coffee and espresso had a nice dark roasted flavor, and the flavored latte allowed for the espresso notes to shine through and had just a hint of sweetness (aka I did not have to ask for half the flavoring like I normally do). The interior is very well laid out too. Worth a visit if you're just passing through or if you're looking for a place to hang out and socialize or study.

The staff was great, and the coffee was as well. The atmosphere is nice, and so are the locals that frequent the place. I had a crepe one day and a waffle the next. I liked the crepe better.

The staff is super nice and the food & coffee is great. I highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. If I’m ever back in Lindsborg I will definitely be stopping by again!

My husband and I stopped in Lindsborg on our way to Wichita. We had the lunch Det Bästa sandwiches, cappaccinos, and a raspberry white chocolate scone. Everything was served warm and was delicious! We ordered, then sat in the beauitiful back gardens where they had multiple pretty water fountains. We were served quickly by nice workers. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. I would visit often if I lived there, it was a great place!

For Fathers Day this was the perfect place for breakfast with a relaxing environment. The Hostess Addison and Kelsey were very friendly and knowledgable to recommend some good tasty food with an awesome Chocolate Fit Frappe and coffee of the day.

Good atmosphere. Horribly rude and understaffed service. Not sure why people wait in line for this kind to service.

Asked if I could use flavors (as a coffee shop manager, I know how drinks are constructed, and can see the syrups in the back) from her “latte flavor” list in a mocha. She rolled her eyes and rudely goes “ugh I guess.” Manager needs to better train their staff how to treat customers. When other staff came on they looked dressed in pajamas, lame.

Wish the service quality matched the fun and cute atmosphere of the cafe itself, otherwise I might like to come back.

Can I give this great place 10 stars?! I love everything about it. The coffee is delicious. I recommend the raspberry vanilla latte and cranberry lemon muffin. They have a breakfast and lunch menu. Make sure you checkout the fun merchandise and then head out to the back room or courtyard to enjoy your beverage.

Really good coffee. I enjoyed sitting in their little courtyard garden out back. It was very peaceful. Their waffle during Vaffeldagen was my favorite!
