My friends and I went to this establishment to get some boba tea and a white worker with glasses and brown hair there told us they were out of brown sugar boba. This was not a problem and my friend asked if she could still order some of the milk tea, to which the same worker gave an attitude towards her as he answered yes. This made us all really uncomfortable, and as she was ordering he proceeded to continue giving her an intense attitude that made us feel unwelcome. This caught us off guard as they were not about to close anytime soon, but the worker acted as though he did not want to do his job and that we should've left. He did not ask my other friend and I if we wanted anything and left after he made our friends' tea, to which she stated wasn't made well and lacked flavor. The environment this worker provided during our visit was completely unacceptable and made it to where we do not want to return if this worker is present. The coworker that was with him was very nice though, and we appreciated his kindness after the other worker left.

Cute, cute cosy little place and the bubble tea and taiyaki pastries are delicious! The employees are very kind.

Been going there a hand full of times since they opened. My family and I really enjoy the drinks and all of my friends who have never had bubble tea before all enjoyed theirs. Service is great and they now serve cake and ice cream

I personally like the avocado smoothie (made with real avocado not just powder) or mango cloud smoothie, my kids like the panda milk tea and Jasmin milk tea, and my wife loves the Earl grey milk tea. Every time we go in we always see something new and cool to try out.

Delicious boba, I get their secret menu Coconut Ceylon milk tea, with pudding. Make sure to get 120% sweet with regular ice!

Great experience! Fresh Teas and Fresh fruits! Staff are nice, friendly and helpful! They have lots of options to choose from not to mention the variety of toppings they have to offer. Unsure of what the toppings are? The staff can describe everything in details, even let you try samples of the toppings. Theyre also very considerate to people who are sensitive with textures as their pearls/boba/jelly selections have different texture. They just want to make sure you will enjoy the drink you get to the fullest!

I love presotea but the only reason for my 3 star is that lately their boba milk tea has been lacking in consistency. Sometimes the strain of the tea is very light, and almost tastes entirely milky which isn’t bad but I love the original milk tea taste for the fact that you can taste the black tea or sometimes it tastes watered down. It used to be good but my last few visits I’ve noticed this problem which is why I’m a little sad about it. Hopefully it starts being consistent again!

House of Cha is good, but this is better. Amazing Tea and a good variety. Also very friendly and quick!

Update: dropping a star. Wouldn't take a phone order 20 minutes before close. I get it's close, but you're still open..

Snippy customer service. Doesn't follow CDC guidelines on vaccinations and masks. Only reason they got any business from me is because my kids asked nicely for Boba tea. I had planned on getting my girlfriend and myself something, but, after the Karen with a collar behind the counter self-righteously barked at me and my kids, I changed my mind. Never plan on going back.
