PRESOTEA LAWRENCE

This is the best place to get bubble tea. Definitely try the taro milk tea. It's my favorite. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable and helpful.

My first time in, the young lady helping me was very patient. The menu is amazing. Definitely a great place to stop for a tea or smoothie. I will definitely be back.

one of the best boba places in lawrence! the workers are always really kind and down for a conversation. i love their drinks and they always hit. i am a big fan of the taiyaki but i wish it was in stock more often - but thats not the fault of the workers at all and they always communicate shortages and stuff very well. very nice atmosphere with a lot of place to study and just sit down. love it here!

Lots of flavors to choose from! If you like to try new and unique flavor combos, it’s a must try! Very good!

I absolutely love this place. Their decorations are so cute. They have so many different options on their menu I can't wait to try. Over all for sure my favorite place and would come again.

I rarely leave poor reviews anywhere. But I just went to try this place because my usual bubble tea spot is far from my house and sad to say I'm honestly disappointed. I really loved the atmosphere in the place and it seems very cute and friendly but when I walked in I wasn't even greeted by either of the two employees that were there. I greeted them myself when I got to the counter and the person who charged my card was snippy and barely said a word to me. I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's an honest shame I had this experience because I don't want to go back. If the employees were nice to me when I came in I would probably feel differently.

They are amazing. The drinks and sweets are always fantastic. The customer service is top notch and the BTS cup sleeve events are super organized, as well as fun.

It is okay. Sometimes the store is understaffed quite a bit and the end product is not good. (However, I understand the stress some staff are under, so I am not here to blame staff). I think the owner should train better and stop engaging in money pitching tactics to the point where the quality is not so good.

Once my drink was so sweet I was literally just drinking syrup. I went home and diluted it with lots of water. (I also love sweet things and have ordered this drink 5 times at this point). I did not complain because of how understaff it was but that experience does not make me want to go back.

I wish I could give this place a 0, but that's not possible so i give it a 1. We got to the location and were told that they had ran out of boba balls. I still wanted tea without the balls so I ordered one. upon asking, the white man with glasses and brown hair working there gave me attitude and aggressively swiveled the screen to pay around. He seemed like he didn't want to serve us, even though we were there within business hours and wasn't close to closing. I felt so uncomfortable and unwanted there. I will not be returning if he's working there. The tea that he made for me also lacked flavor and was the worst tea I had from this establishment. (his coworker was very kind though and this rating is mainly towards the rude person.)

So disappointed! I had never had a drink where regular ice still meant more half the cup would basically be ice! Never come back!
