Stopped by on my way from Eastern Colorado to Kansas City. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Great Bend. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced and the coffee was flavorful and substantive as well. I had a piece of pecan pie for desert and it was the best I have had in a very very long time!

Had a late lunch, service was quick and food was good. Will I be back yes.

Unbelievably good! Outstanding cappuccino- as good as I've had since I lived in Italy! The breakfast sandwich was amazing. Fresh ingredients, made to order. January takes pride in her menu and it truly shows.

Really great atmosphere. The drinks are really hit and miss, though. It depends on what you order and who's working. They always do a great job with kids' drinks (not scalding so the kiddo can drink right away), and the snacks are homemade and yummy.

Our crew has ordered from here many times and always enjoyed. Until today! The woman answering the phone couldn't stop laughing to even take an order and was completely unprofessional and highly agitating. Wanted to order American clubs, which we reviewed from website off of Google. After 3 minutes of her laughing and telling someone at the location how funny they were repeatedly, she responded with oh we don't have club sandwiches. Should have been pretty simple. Turkey, ham, bacon, 2 cheeses, tomatoes, onion. She informed me they were out of a lot and could put turkey, lettuce, tomatoes and would cost $8 each. Sorry sunshine but that is ridiculous. After I got off the phone I went to the Facebook page where you click to download menu. Guess what?? Nothing downloads. New owners, new tech staff and clearly zero chance at getting anything you want, all while dealing with annoying receptionist. Well I can guarantee our crews will not order from there again. Horrible customer service left a sour taste in your mouth and a hungry stomach.

Amazing food, better coffee, and delicious pies! The staff is also really cool and friendly!

The menu/ordering is a bit wonky, but it is well worth it!

Great place for lunch... soup and salad bar was amazing and the customer service is top notch!

This place has gone way downhill. The last two times I gave up after over 20 min and left because I was the second customer and they couldn't find time to get my order. This time I was the only customer. So I actually was served this time and I regret it. The coffee is lukewarm at best, and tastes burnt. Waste of $5.

Perks was great! The house coffee was rich and flavorful, without being excessively bitter. The atmosphere made this the perfect place to visit with family!

Love everything from coffee to amazing food. Every one working is always upbeat and friendly. Just a chill kinda place and very welcoming.
