Mahalo's Coffee & Mini Donuts

Decided to try the wdm location since it was close to someone’s workplace for lunch. The decor is cool. It wasn’t busy for noon on a weekend. We ordered 6 doughnuts and 3 sandwiches (2 were the same). The doughnuts came first. Waited at least 20 minutes, had 3 different employees check on our orders for sandwiches and 2 never followed up. The 3rd, we went to the doughnut counter and asked. People that had ordered after us had their orders before we did. The sandwiches were warm but with the Norwalk location our orders were filled faster from someone who was by himself training others than we did from several people working at the same time. We’ll stick to the other location even though it’s a bit further if a drive

By far one of the best places for coffee. Products are amazingly priced and taste AMAZING. The staff is also super nice. (and the ice cubes are coffee not water- one of the best parts of getting coffee there)

1st visit today with group of friends. Enjoyed the 🍩 very much and the ☕️ was excellent too. Very friendly staff. Will be back.

I love the relaxed feel of the coffee shop. Feel like I am in Hawaii relaxing. Had a pina colada smoothie and strawberry smoothie and warm donuts 32 to be exact!! Perfect stop in the middle of the day!!

Great atmosphere for a little outing or business meeting. People working were so nice and helpful. We got to try a couple extra flavors with the extra donuts from our batches too. Donuts are hot and fresh. You pick the toppings, and they have really good coffee too. With coffee ice cubes! It's also decorated with Hawaii and beach decor, so it's a really fun place to check out!

oh my god i did not know donuts could be this good. these were everything i expected and more: melt-in-your-mouth, made fresh (warm!!), and perfectly soft. one thing that should be clarified is that these are definitely donut holes, not regular-sized, but for the quality, it's honestly a great price. not much seating (bit small of a place) but the decor was beautiful, with walls filled with color, paper lanterns, and postcards laminated into the tables?? got the rainbow warrior moka and it was honestly mediocre (wasn't a fan of the raspberry syrup i think? the caramel macchiato wasn't great either, hence the 4 star review) but the donuts really were the star of the show. looking to try the blueberry beach flavor next!

I really love this place and the interior is fun and colorful displaying Hawaii. They have a lot to offer to their customers such as mini donuts and delicious Kona coffee. One thing that I think this place could work on is customer service. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or asked what I wanted and employees were up front talking about who didn’t take the trash out and I just didn’t feel valued as a customer, it was just very awkward and no warmth from the employees. Mistakes happen and something can always be worked on, just wanted to share my experience so future customers don’t have to experience the same thing.

The donuts are great! Looking forward to trying other flavors. Coffee that I tried was too sweet for me. They definitely need a 3rd person working in the morning. 2 people making drinks, coffee and taking orders is kind of silly and they were getting incredibly backed up.
