I love hanging out here. We'll stop and find something to read while we sit in the cafe for a Starbucks. Always try to pick up at least one thing from B&N while here. I hope B&N is here to stay.

This is an excellent place to shop whether looking looking for fun or searching for a specific book. If they don't have a book then there's a chance that they can order it for you. The employees seem happy to help if you need it.

Was looking for a specific book series for my son. It is only 2 years old at most. I was told they don't stock books that old. Yet the shelves were filled with "older" series. Then they offered to order them. Ok. But they couldn't ship them to my house. I was like no books at a book store...

Loved it from books to gifts this store by far is in my top 8!!! Im hoping to buy Polaroid camera!

They have an amazing selection of books and music, and coffee! It's a real bookworms dream. Besides that they have a nice selection of toys and collectables! 5 stars.

A huge Harry Potter event was taking place, with 1 cashier open, 15+ people waiting and no help in Music area (alarm sounds if you leave music w/merchandise.) We ended up abandoning our merchandise.

Quick friendly service. I had called a couple days ahead looking for a certain book that was popular. They were willing to hold the last copy for me for up to three days!!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about what you can get from them. I personally love this location.

Great selection of books and is normally quite quiet. The store has a cozy looking coffee shop off in the corner, but I haven't bought anything from it.

Book not located where it was supposed to be. Associate searched and found it in another location in store. I did not leave empty handed.
