It is great, but a bit pricey. I just wish they had the books i wanted

Only place place in the area I like to go to get books and puzzles. My wife and I stop in once a month or so and like to get a new puzzle or fantasy novel. It always has a nice atmosphere, is very clean, and the staff is helpful.
I'm also a big fan of puzzle games and Lego sets and Barnes and noble has a good selection of the star wars and Harry Potter ones to choose from.

This is a great Barnes and Noble. They are always very clean, organized, and friendly. Their Starbucks employees are also very professional when handling people. I witnessed someone get upset that they couldn't take a Starbucks gift card (they haven't for years, you can only use a Barnes and Noble one) and the employee stayed cool and collected.

I shopped here today (Black Friday 2021). I had a wish list of books from my 13 year daughter-we read different genres of books-so I was completely clueless and felt like a lost puppy. I was hesitant to ask for help, as it was Black Friday and busy. However, Auttumn helped me with a smile on her face. Without hesitation, she jumped up to help me. She found every book right away. She was knowledgeable, kind, and energetic. She told me I did not need to apologize and she was there to help. I couldn’t have found better service!

I absolutely love Barnes and Noble. If I could, I would live there. I have to force myself to walk out with only 3 books at a time or else I would be constantly broke. I finally found an entire series that I've looked everywhere for and they have them.

But let's be honest. Everybody knows that you come here for a cat calendar, a lego set, a weird dvd, and overpriced coffee.

They were out of burgers so I ordered chix sand w/lettuce & Chz and a side of ranch.... And baconater ff with a side of sour cream. I ended up hungry cuz BOTH things of mine were wrong!! And they didn't have the strawberry shake.

We have not been in the store much since the pandemic. Just recently realized there is a large game and toy section in the back of the store. Love it!

I’m very disappointed in this Barnes & Noble. I drove 30 miles to take advantage of their latest sale - 50% off ALL hard cover books. The sale was advertised online, on the Barnes and Noble site. I’m used to looking for exceptions - they’re a fact of life. But this sale listed no exceptions - instead, it promised ALL hardcover books.

Imagine my dismay when I enter the store, head straight for the stack of books, only to be told that the book I had come for wasn’t on sale. I spoke with two employees, then the manager.

End result - the manager would not honor the advertised deal. Be careful shopping there - she informed me that she “wasn’t responsible for prices and promotions advertised ONLINE.”

Buyer Beware.

This place is neat and clean, they have a coffee shop and decent selection of books and toys for all ages
