Caribou Coffee/Einstein Bros. Bagels

Stopped in while making a cross country run, thought bagel sandwich sounded good. I ordered a garden avocado and when I took my first bite there was no avocado. I opened up the rest of the sandwich to find there was only a green stain on my bagel. I know avocado is typically a more expensive topping but c'mon, I am paying for it. It was a great disappoinment.

Stood at the register for 5 minutes while an employee was standing right in front of me. Finally another employee told me they weren't taking orders. This was prime dinner rush

Night shift told me they open at 5. So I stood there until they actually opened at 5:32. Good job.

Aug 31 At 1830, the young woman working this shift needs FIRED!!!! HORRIBLE, slow, and RUDE.
coffee was good, but she was horrible and made it WRONG. it wasn't worth fixing w/ her attitude.

Slowest coffee service ever! 5 people working, 2 actually doing something, and at a glacial pace. This place only survives because it's in the I-80 truck stop. I'll skip it my next weekly trip through.

Since the largest truck stop on the planet as a whole does not sell plain ol Maxwell House, I was delightfully surprised at the well mannered and knowledgeable staff who fixed me up with an alternative to my gold standard that I have been pleased with for past decades. The Fresh and Springy LAKESHORE blend is about the Best. Thanks Vivienne for making up my mind for me, Good Choice. I can brew this grind to ANY strength and it has zero bitter. Just more amazing taste. If only the convenience store there would carry Ben and Jerrys Oat of this Swirled, I'd be in heaven.

Run by students who did not seem to know what they were doing. Slow and my mint condition mocha had so much mint it tasted like chemicals - may as well have been chlorine and coffee. I could not drink it

The worst caribou I have been at by FAR. This is very disappointing as this truck stop is such a busy truck stop and could bring so many customers to caribou as a brand. The cashiers were rude and the baristas didn’t know how to make any of the drinks. Caribou/Einstein corporate really needs to get into this store and help them.

Fat girl was horrible (not super fat but still fat)

Horrible slow service. Egg bagels were just thrown together. Cheese not melted and bagel was cold. Will never stop ever again
