I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My girl is so sweet and knows how to treat her customers. My sister and I have been coming here for awhile. She always tells us new drinks we may like. Plus her protein waffle, mini donuts and acaí bowls are fiiiiiiiiirrre!! She uses real healthy ingredients. I love her brown sugar oatmilk latte (chefs kiss) she has children friendly drinks too. My daughter got the Peppa pig today. I got her popular energy dragonfruit tea. Yuuuumyyy! Stop in at her downtown location or her newest one next to four seasons!!!

First time there...the protein waffles were delicious!! Also tried a caramel machiatto protein coffee, which, I highly recommend. Definitely won't be my last visit!!!

We ordered several shakes, a mega tea, and a smoothie bowl, and it was all amazingly delicious! The atmosphere is great, the girls serving us were friendly and efficient, and there are so many yummy and healthy options. This is a MUST visit if you like healthy protein shakes, energizing tea, and all-around healthy goodness!!

This is THE BEST nutrition club in town. They have such a wide variety of flavors for their shakes and teas! And you can get protein waffles on the weekend?! It's amazing. The owner Gabby is a very sweet lady and can help you with all you need to know! Highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't already.

What a great place! I’m from out of town and took my 12 year old son there for some protein waffles and shakes. He’s never had a protein shake before and he loved it. The waffles were great, definitely better than any protein waffles I’ve tried from the store. I had the iced coffee and he had the pineapple shake. Very filling and yummy 😋 …we are planning on going back to try the tea!

Absolutely my all time favorite place! Not only is Gabby the sweetest person, but the taste is incredible! Nutritious AND Delicious! I'm addicted! Tip- if you have a hang over, get a shake and a mega tea and you'll feel 100% better in a hot second!

Passing through Sioux City and wanted something healthy, quick and delicious. Best Day Ever Nutrition delivered all of that along with super friendly service and a positive, upbeat environment! Highly recommend checking them out. Quicker and so much better than fast food.
