My lotus drink was amazing..love the choice of paper cup and healthier version of energy drink! Very cool and trendy.

You can so clearly tell how little this owner cares for anyone but herself. Taking advantage of new workers and acting like a mentor, just to throw people away. The pay is terrible. The employees deserve better. And the "story" on the wall of how it came about... SCREAMS classist. You are NOT paying for QUALITY. She has cheaper out on cups and drink carriers. My five drinks were thrown in one drink carrier that completely concaved. All five of my drinks for my employees were ruined. Didn't bother going back for replacements as I will not be returning again.

I love their hot tea. Although I'm not a coffee drinker, I hear they have wonderful coffee as well and their ice energy drink mixes are addicting.

around 3 p.m. on December 30th 2022, I witness the owners verbally berate a door dash delivery driver. Needless to say; after what I saw I left. You could have simply explained about your policy in regards to carriers that the order needed four items instead of two. and then to have one of the co-owners yell at him and say he's "banned", when in no way was the dasher of abrasive, violent, or loud or cruded...makes me never want to travel to Muscatine and do business with such churlish people.
which is why I have to give zero stars and not recommend people to go there. if that's how you treat people who do doordash...I'd hate to see what what happened to actual disgruntled customers.

This is one of the better places, but yall need to learn from the best REDBAND COFFEE in Davenport is super consistent, their coffee is always strong and always has bold flavor. This place the taste is hit or miss, some daysit's great, other days I could toss it in the trash on my way out the door

No hello, no energy and the 5 workers were too busy talking to each other and we felt like a burden when ordering we we interrupts their conversation. Drinks were good, but the service was far from good.

My favorite drink is the Cuban cloud. The girls that work at black pearl cafe are super nice! The cafe is adorable!

We went in at about 2:00 on Friday. The kids running the place seem to be preoccupied with each other and their friends that were in there. The items we purchased were pretty decent and would consider rewriting if the service improves.

I love coming here, such a great atmosphere and the owner is the biggest sweetheart. I’m so happy for her that her business is taking off, we always have great conversations when I’m in there. Also if you want to try something new; get the tiger eye ♥️

Great spot spot w/ friendly staff and great atmosphere. I like to stop and get a Frappe before my DoorDash shift starts and if the number of times I pick-up from there during the day is any indication then a lot of other people really like the Black Pearl also
