Seriously the best latte I've ever had. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. Great food and amazing coffee are surprisingly hard to come by at cafes but this place has it 👌

Coffee is good. But thanks for the 10$ Oscar Mayer lunch meat sandwich. The only thing good was the bread. Could probably throw in the chips givin your saving money on the meat. Makes me regret my lazy day choices. I can make a good sandwich so I really appreciate places that can too. This wasn't it. Just eliminate your lunch menu. Seems not worth effort.

SO SWEET - I ordered something that needed to be dairy free and one of the employees made me the most fire sandwich, everyone was so nice and the drinks are great. Cute inside too 10/10

We stopped here for a brunch gift exchange and it was the coolest! Very stylish interior with lots of seating and outlets with USB ports! The front half is a coffee shop with all the classic numbers but a few hipster twists. I had the Espresso and Tonic which was delicious! The back half is a cozy pub where you can also sit with your coffee. Uptown also serves food on a rotation. Paninis, breakfast burritos, and frittatas were all on the Brunch menu so you can’t go wrong!

I wasn’t expecting to adore a coffee shop in a bar, but Uptown hits it out of the park with their finessed coffee skills and delicious flavor pairings. Their breakfast sandwiches are a must and I’ve never had a featured drink that I didn’t like there. Quality is clearly a priority for these folks and it’s so thoroughly appreciated! Love having y’all in the neighborhood!!!

Uptown Coffee is absolutely top-notch. This is a coffee shop for people who are serious about their coffee. Some of my favorites are the cappuccino, iced latte, raw chocolate cold brew, and cortado. They use quality espresso, and all of the drinks have excellent flavor and strength instead of tasting milky/watered down. The food and donuts are also amazing. Uptown Coffee has a nice atmosphere, and everyone is really friendly. The only downside to this coffee shop is that when I go to other coffee shops now, I have to prepare myself for disappointment (haha). You will not find a better coffee shop in the Cedar Rapids area.

This coffee house has been my go-to when feeling homesick. It's got a very comfortable and cozy feeling and reminds me a lot of the places I'd visit back in Montreal.

The people that woke there are extremely nice and friendly and I also admire them for continuing to adhere to suggested COVID guidelines as best as they can while still remaining a functioning business. Cheers to them!

This is a unique, creatively decorated coffee shop that magically transforms into an Irish style pub later in the day. Excellent coffee, pastries, and light breakfast fare!

We went to Uptown Coffee last Sunday morning for a treat for my wife's birthday who loves Donutland Donuts. The donuts were great and our coffee was good, but we were basically asked to leave the front of the business or move to the back area because we didn't have masks on. How do you drink coffee and eat with masks on? Why is it that restaurants are open all over the city that you can eat and drink in, but not here? It was strange to say the least. We got up and left.
