The Java House Coffee Roasters - Downtown

Coffee is consitantly good and great selection of breakfast sandwiches. They used scrambled eggs on the sandwich which in my opinion makes it taste more homemade and not like I'm eating out. Don't forgot to download the Java House app to earn points for your purchases which lead to a $5 reward credit after you spend a certain amount.

Today marks my last day as a regular customer to your Java House.

May be a nice place to study but their coffee and tea were terrible and overpriced. I hate to say it but I will take Starbucks over this place anytime. The staff were pleasant, however.

Good experience for coffee. I happened to get in between small rushes and was able to get my order quickly. I had a pour over and ordered an iced coffee to go for my wife. The pour over was excellent, smooth and satisfying. The inside of the shop was clean with plenty of available seating. I would go here for coffee again.

My sandwich got messed up, and they fixed it immediately with no extra charge and were very kind. Coffee is amazing, and the big bear is the greatest employee.

I spend $7 a day on coffee from this location, which there is no arguing the coffee is incredible. It’s my favorite in IC. However will not be returning after they denied my request for a bowl of water for my puppy on a hot day. Even when asked for just a cup of water they responded “we don’t do that”. Really?

The hot chocolate and cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting made coming out on a chilly day totally worth it.

I love to go study here and get a cup of coffee! Such a fun and creative atmosphere. Their food is absolutely amazing! The food does take some time to get out, but it is so worth it!

Very bad customer service.Waitress refused to serve us food as a group of 13 people (because we were big group of people), even though there was no one in the restaurant. She basically lost 13 clients and started yelling at us,very disrespectful to us, customers who literally wanted to spend their money there. If I was her boss I would fire her immediately. Never coming back to this place and I recommend you not to come here as well.

Enjoyed their Nitro Iced Coffee and found it to be smooth, silky, and hit my palette just right. Highly recommend stopping by for a brew or one of their delicious confections.
