Dont waste your money here! First of all, difficulty in finding a parking spot because of traffic with the gas station/convenience store. Coffee was good....$5 for a cinnamon roll that was/tasted like you buy at a convenience store warmed up.. They called them giant and definitely not. Also, the Rise and Shine breakfast sandwich was pathetic ....turkey was cold lunch meat, tomato was sliced thin as a piece of paper, guacamole was cold, the ciabatta bread was to be toasted and it wasnt, and there was only bacon on 1/2 of it....basically a cold lunch meat sandwich! I learned toda that they are in partnership with HyVee which explains everything....
Ordered the chicken pot pie, full order, greatly disappointed. Biscuits were fine, nothing extraordinary, the filling was nothing more than runny, luke warm chicken vegetable soup that you could sip through a straw. Not the thick, creamy filling that is pictured in the menu. Will not waste my money on another meal. I guess Hy-Vee owns the store as a franchisee so that explains the misstep.
Place has great food/coffee. But the service at this location is horrendous. Ive been a few times and every time they either mess up an order, or completely forget about it. I’ve seen it happen to multiple other costumers that have been there too.
Poor service, staff actually asked for a tip on a basic coffee. Won’t be back. Lightbrite and Scooters are close by and service has always been polite without the entitlement of this place. Too bad.
