Three staffers never moved from behind the counter. No greeting. A simple hello would have yielded a sale today. Sadness. I actually found two tea pots I wanted to buy. However, as an amputee, I did not trust myself to get the pots from the shelf alone. When I approached the counter for assistance, one of the young ladies engaging in conversation with the other two asked me to please give them a minute. Kudos to management for enforcing masking and social distancing.

I love this little gem of a shop. It's amazing how much stuff they pack in. Can be a little claustrophobic when crowded.

What’s the best about this store? The customer service. It’s a fantastic store. Of course the mall looks like it’s struggling. Whereas this store shines. Amazing store. They literally gift wrapped everything I bought. Who does that? Not bed bath and beyond.

I have been there many times and got several cookware and other things .

The store and merchandise is great but I got a white chocolate mocha and it was not good at all. Very little flavor aside from bitter. I'll still shop here but skip the coffee drinks.

Friendly and stocked with hard to find items.

There is always something new to see, and things you didn't even know you needed at Kitchens!

Very nice store to buy everything you need for the kitchen and cooking. Nice collection of coffee mugs and coffee makers, they carry chemex coffee filters and I couldn't find them anywhere else in the Quad Cities. Service is great and prices are fine.

The kind of store I have to leave quickly or go broke
