Dunn Brothers Coffee

Generally this is a great joint for a relaxing atmosphere, lots of seating, and a ton of outlets if you plan to work on your laptop. The service is friendly and quick. I am an avid tea drinker and really enjoy their selection.

I give it a 3 because of the music selection. The Christian music is off-putting, especially as this part of Iowa is more diverse than most due to the university. It would be nice not to have any religious music as everyone chooses religions based on what they want - not want a company wants.

The derecho that passed through Cedar Rapids on Monday August 10 has left my wife and myself without power for days and we're not sure when we'll have our power on. So, we have been spending a great deal of time here at Dunn Brothers in the air conditioning with our laptops.

The staff here have been very gracious and accommodating. They've assured us we're welcome to hang out here as long as we'd like. Of course we're consuming many drinks and much food while here and all of it has been excellent.

I give 5 stars solely based on the exceptional attention provided by the owners. They are very conscientious and friendly. Abundantly clear that they are very concerned about the satisfaction and comfort of every customer. The sandwich I ordered was pretty good. Did not try to coffee, but I encourage you to try this place as you will be treated right by the owners. I'll be back.

My wife and I go to Dunn Brothers often and we always enjoy it. They are always so friendly, nice and a happy smile. We love living near them!

The best coffee place around the area, hands down. The customer service, the staff, the coffee profiles, the food... Everything is top notch. Every time I walk in I'm greeted with a smile. You get what you pay for. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and from local farmers. There isn't a place like this around! Cheers.

Fantastic experience and food! One of the owners took considerable time talking with me about his establishment! He was very personable and excited to be in our community! I have had two breakfast sandwiches and they were wonderful. Looking forward to trying the coffee!!

A blind stop, looking for a good cup of coffee at 5p.m. on a Friday. Found it here at this small local business. Thanks freshly brewed, my friend said the lemon muffin he bought was top quality. Clean, bright, outdoor seating available.

Pretty new coffee house. Nice interior, clean and attentive staff. Still some bugs to work out but overall a nice thing to see in the area. Can be crowded and entry to the parking lot is pretty bad. They do have a drive up, only a couple of handicapped stalls and the tradational Dunn Brothers cramped stall on the end by the door. Literally every store I've been in has this one stall that is smaller than the rest of them. It's always by the door. Weird.

Ordered avocado toast and an egg sandwich with avocado. Avocados were not even close to being ripe. They had the texture and consistency of a melon. I am appalled that they would even serve this. Also, they do not offer any environment friendly options for straws and cups. Very wasteful and disappointing. I'll give them another try some day and possibly update this review. As for now, I am very disappointed.
