I always know when someone new is working there because they don't make my drink right

How do you have bagles, but you don't have butter? The coffees are ok, but nothing to write home about.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel but my bacon was uncooked. It was like something you would get at a gas station. That’s five wasted dollars. Will not be going back to this location

Love the coffee and the great service. Travel from out of town to get caribou over starbucks! Loyal customers.

Randomly closed on a Sunday morning at 10:30am with no signage whatsoever. I'm from out of town and was looking forward to getting my Caribou fix!

Coffee and drinks are good, staff is friendly and nice, but food can be hit or miss. Nice atmosphere generally.

If you have the facilities to handle a large amount of people comma then you should have a Wi-Fi network that can actually load a webpage when I'm the only person there. I can't get work done here, not impressed.

Always friendly and have exactly what I want whether that be a simple dark roast with almond milk or a dark chocolate mocha!

Another chain coffee place. Seemed less busy at this location compared to Starbucks. You will get exactly what you order
