Caribou Coffee

A 5-star review for consistently 5-star staff. The coffee is great, but the staff are some of the friendliest, kindest coffee shop staff in town. I typically drive-thru and that’s consistently been my experience for 1.5 years.

Enjoying a solid hot mocha right now. Plenty of seating available. Staff is all smiles and were quick to put together my order. Good location with parking all around.

Ordered my coffee and a sandwich. Sat down an waited for about 20 minutes. They claimed they said my order was ready. I was sitting in their facility. The barista was rude about it. They need to speak up when announcing an order is ready.

Placed a mobile order. It was ready upon arriving. I tried the new White Chocolate Shaken Espresso and it was very tasty! Very friendly employees at the window as well.

Decent atmosphere, decent drinks. They're seating options could be better, but it's the overall layout of the store that affects that.

Aside from forgetting the syrup in my americano, the coffee was fast and delicious. The staff was really friendly and helpful!

My husband just picked up my coffee and it's 1/3 gone... when you pay so much for a drink you would hope your cup is at least filled with ice or something... but I called and let them know and the manager ANDEW was a 10-10!!! Super nice and offered to make it right for us with a company size drink. Very appreciative for his customer service!

Drive thru, early am and great attitudes and service. My crafted hot cold press was excellent! A hug for my tummy.

So, unfortunately Starbucks has the advantage over this place. Why? This place is not willing to accommodate you on anything specially for people who can’t consume dairy. Also, they sell blended drinks but they are not willing to blend your drink when it doesn’t contain dairy. They are only willing to blend dairy drinks. They sell premixed options and they are not willing to make you a drink when you have special requests.
Starbucks, wins in all of these points and therefore leaving people with dairy issues away from Caribou coffee. Their sandwiches all have dairy and not willing to remove it. We unfortunately will not be returning to this place again.

Caribou Coffee is by far the best. I've never had a decent Cappuccino until Caribou made it for me. My favorite. Keep up the great job!
