This is the place for Breakfast in CR.
Great value and taste! They have a great selection from sweet to spicy Mexican. They do offer GF toast so I switched out my Benny English muffins for gf toast. It was awesome!!!
Also they offer queso on their bf potatoes. Just do it!
Plan on a little wait, but it's worth it.

Absolutely adorable place, the food was unreal. So much flavor!
The servers were on it, being rockstars with a packed place.
GET THE DIRTY CHAI LATTE!!!! DO IT!

We love going here, it might be busy but the wait is worth it.

It is a small restaurant so I recommend keeping your group to 4 people or less to have a better experience.

We have had almost everything on their menu at this point.
The fun coffee drinks are delicious.
Their different flavored pancakes and waffles won’t let you down,
Their more savory food items are a crowd favorite with guests we bring.

We have never had a bad food experience and even when busy their staff does a great job of checking in periodically at your table while you wait or after your food has arrived.

This is a great breakfast spot. The food is delicious, and comes in good portions. The staff is friendly and the food came out quick despite it being busy. Truly a superior diner, and an experience worth repeating.

Service is great, food is just ok. The iced mocha was extremely sweet.. way more sauce than it needs. It was like a chocolate milk with a whisper of espresso. I tried the cold brew as well and it was pretty bad. It tasted burnt.. and I know that’s odd to say since cold brew brews like a tea and not possible to burn but even with half and half it’s not good. Pancakes were big and tasted good - very filling. Hashbrowns tasted as expected.

La Casita is a nice place for breakfast with typical chain diner food along with some nice Mexican-style additions. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The bacon and hashbrowns were great. While the pancakes came from a mix, they were good. The French toast was okay. The maple syrup was artificial (per-usual). My over-easy eggs were cooked with soft-gooy yolks (good) but a couple were broken on delivery.

For a late Friday morning going into a long weekend, the place was busy.

I will come back and focus on the Mexican menu items.

We drive from IC as often as we can to eat at this amazing place! Never disappoints!!!

Food was good but a few odd things: toast was dry as in no butter and had to ask for jelly, Mexican food but they had no limes nor was she able to find any Tabasco ( there was some at a few other tables). Service seemed a little disorganized but they were friendly.

It's a nice and cozy café. I was appreciative of the half table in there, so it makes a solo customer not feel uncomfortable or taking too much space. This is a place that can accumulate quite a wait list, so reservations of some sort is recommended. Service was solid, the latté I had was surprisingly good, and the food was solid. Churro pancakes were pretty good; however, the churros themselves were a bit crispy for my liking. Otherwise, not many complaints from me! Check them out!

Nice local breakfast place. Food 10/10 for sure. Location could be better 8/10. Inside of café is very nice but quite small 8/10. Waiting time was a bit longer than expected. They will take your name and number down to put you in queue.
