Hi Tea

Very fast service and friendly! I did get something slightly different than what originally ordered but it was so much better! I ordered a super fruits tea with rainbow jelly and I got a super fruits tea with strawberry popping boba, it was a nice mix up! Thank you! 😁 I'll be back again either way!

We were unfortunate to experience an extremely high wait time. We had a party of 4 and we ordered one tea and 3 rolled ice creams. At the time only one other table was in the establishment and had already been served. The young lady serving us was very pleasant but did not have much knowledge of the menu or how to prepare some of the options. Not a huge deal so we ordered and paid. We received the tea right away and it was tasty. But we waited another 53 minutes to recieve the rest of our order of 3 ice cream rolls. She was the only one working and was getting overloaded with walk in orders and DoorDash orders. Management needs to be more vigilant on ensuring there are enough employees to assist during high volume times. We will go back in the future and hope to have a better experience.

I absolutely love coming here! Their boba tea and rolled ice cream is the best! The owner is always so nice and she never fails to present a smile! I would definitely recommend Hi Tea, and I have, to many of my friends and family! This is also a very calm and fancy place to study!

I had the Milk Bubble tea and it was phenomenal!! I love the simplicity of the pricing, and the service was excellent. The owner was so kind and so excited about having this business. I am looking forward to going back to try new things, but that Milk Bubble Tea will be hard to beat!

Can't praise this shop enough! The tea is unlike anything we've had before. So delicious, and with so many options! We try to make it a weekly stop.

The service is wonderful! Grabbing a treat from here is a great way to improve any day.

Super cute place and very relaxing atmosphere. The owner is so nice and the tea is amazing. The cheese mousse tea is amazing and refreshing. I tried my friends bubble milk tea and that was also delicious! Will definitely be going back!

I love bubble tea. My go-to is black milk tea with tapioca bubbles AND lychee jelly. Hi Tea has passionfruit jelly, so I tried that instead. It was perfect! Not too sweet at all w the perfect amount of creaminess. I wish the tea had been a bit stronger, but I could still taste some of the black tea astringency through everything. No nonsense service. Definitely would return!

Wow!! They have a new taro milk tea flavor you can get hot or iced and it's soooo good! The green milk tea was delicious. Strawberry yogurt had real strawberries so my little one was super into that. The cheese mousse...omg THE BEST!! It's a must try! So glad we have an awesome bubble tea shop in town.

I love this place! I haven't tried everything yet, but I get something new every time I come in. I'm so happy we finally have a boba tea place in Cedar Rapids. Would highly recommend. The place itself is super cute, and the staff are friendly, too.
