Hi Tea

Hi Tea is awesome! My siblings and their friends go here at least once a week, and I myself have been going here for years. I love it! The lady who I believe to be the owner/manager is always so kind and welcoming, and the rest of her staff is the same. Great (and speedy) customer service, super yummy drinks, and a cute atmosphere. My favorite drink is the Mousse Black Tea with tapioca pearls and brown sugar drizzle ❤️

Ordered a brown sugar milk tea but unfortunately did not get any brown sugar syrup in my drink so was not able to enjoy it as much. Other wise the place looks pretty cool and the staff seem to be friendly.

Enjoyed a lavender milk tea and a milk bubble tea and matcha rolled ice cream. Everything tasted great and the service was very good. I highly recommend the rolled ice cream in whichever flavor you like. There is a massive sticky note wall with some lovely art on it. Will be back very soon.

I’m on a business road trip and stumbled upon HI Tea, a very cute shop in Cedar Rapids with good quality tea and boba! The drinks are customizable and they have a really nice tea selection, snacks, and rolled ice cream (though I just got the bubble tea).

The Service was good and the Atmosphere was good. But the drinks were great, one thing I would reccomend is asking what certain drinks are before ordering though. I only say this because I had a drink that I didn't like a whole lot but tried another one and it tasted great. So find what suits you!

Went to Hitea for the first time. Immediately felt like girl at register was mad we were even there. While ordering the girl had an AirPod one and seemed very annoyed. I wanted to ask more about my drink but she made it very difficult and just pointed to some jars of boba and just said to choose basically. At that point I just wanted the drink and to get out of there. As a good service worker I always like to tip others for their work. I could not bring myself to tip for that type of service which sucks for her coworker who’s losing money due to her.

Absolutely disrespectful. I walk in and this bigger girl with a yellow sweatshirt says outloud with a bunch of customers in their shop, "jesus christ". Then she proceeds to stair at me and mumble under her breath to another customer she is friends with, while messing around, saying completely rude comments. Don't go if your not ready to be judged.

This tea is lit and fire it’s so good! I came in after I had a major surgery and all I wanted was some qualitea (ha) boba tea after a rough procedure and it was so much better than I could’ve dreamed! My boyfriend got a passion fruit tea and I got a milk tea, both were amazing but I had him get another passion fruit tea for us to share on the road. So thankful we stopped here for tea, so delish and a great pick me up after a rough morning!

Lavender Milk Tea with Matcha Rolled Ice Cream!

This place was definitely a 5-star place to bring my girlfriend on a bubble tea date. They allow you to sit inside, they're super clean about the seating area, and they were really kind to some other people who had never had bubble tea before, which gave them a boost in my opinion.

Kindness will get my business more often than value or taste, but Hi Tea seems to have all three mastered. Would recommend both old and young people!

Second time visiting Hi Tea. What a wonderful establishment. The drinks are very good and the prices are fair. But the customer service is what sets this place above the rest. I recommend the Vietnamese Coffee!
