Cruz's Cafe

First time eating breakfast here. They have been open I think since November 2021. Comfy atmosphere. Coffee pretty good. Really nice selections on the menu. Service was really nice. Sorry no photos. Hubby had eggs Benedict and I had oatmeal with FRESH blueberries.

Amazing food! Their proportions were great and prices were even better. A small hidden gem, definitely recommend! Will be telling friends and family about them.

Great breakfast spot! We were there very early this morning, and it was a nice and quiet place to enjoy a tasty breakfast. I had a waffle with fresh blueberries and warm syrup, and it was very tasty. The waitress was very friendly and was always around to warm up my best friends coffee while we chatted. I love too that it's in close proximity to my home. We will be making this a regular spot to catch up with my friends over coffee and a warm breakfast on Friday mornings.

Excellent breakfast today for hubby and I. Both had omelets. Efficient server. Price was $12 less than what we paid for similar breakfast else where yesterday.

The food was excellent as well as the service. I had the classic with over medium eggs, hash browns, toast and fresh coffee. I will say the salt shaker was a little sticky. I sat at the bar.

Biscuits and gravy...gravy was odd. Otherwise just OK. Cinnamon roll French toast was good, but the amount of sugar...

I had the Greek omelet which was amazing (the reason I took off one star was because the coffee was only ok ... once they upgrade their coffee it would definitely be 5 stars from me)

We have been trying out different breakfast type places the last few months. I liked the atmosphere, our waitresses was friendly and got our orders all right. I ordered an omelette, the hash browns were just the way I liked them and I was overall satisfied with my meal. My fiancé and son ordered chicken tenders and a tenderloin. Both of these items were overcooked and dry. I looked up at the ceiling while looking around at all the signs and the fabric things hanging from the ceiling were extremely dusty and in need of a good cleaning. No one wants that dropping down into their food. Just some attention to detail needed otherwise a nice cozy place but on the fence whether or not we will be back.

My wife and I were in town for work/her birthday/our anniversary. Knowing that we were just in town for one night and leaving in the morning, my client recommended Riley's Cafe and after my wife did some research online, we ended up at what she believed used to be Riley's but was now called Cruz's.
It was a busy Saturday morning but they were able to turn over tables quickly.
The service couldn't have been better or friendlier and the food was AMAZING!
When I get steak and eggs anywhere else, I get a flat, greasy pan steak. I still like it that way but at Cruz's, I got a real, thick and juicy steak!
My wife's Greek omelet was fantastic, too!
The food was prepared faster and more efficiently than almost anywhere we have eaten lately, near home.
The experience was made even better by the fact that someone who saw my wife's check-in on FB anonymously called and paid for our meal!
So, while I can't directly credit Cruz's for that, it was nice that our server seemed to take such delight in letting us know.
Next time we are in town, we will be having another meal there, for sure!

GREAT breakfast! Service was outstanding. Packed on a Wednesday morning, so the word is getting around. Not a fan of concrete floors, but the wall/ceiling decor reduces the volume/echoes. Spanish omelet was monstrous and delicious. Sausage gravy was a B+, coulda been hotter. Must try!!
