My everything bagel and avocado spread was excellent!! The person behind the counter had absolutely no patience as i was trying to decide what i wanted. It was my first time at Brueggers. I should have gotten a discount due to national bagel day. He tried to argue with me about not having the app. A manager actually had to tell him he was incorrect. I would definitely try another Brueggers, but will not return to this one. Treat the customer with respect, always a good first rule for good business.

The food is good, but some of the workers here are very rude and VERY unfriendly. I walk in and they complain about having to make bacon or eggs because that’s everyone’s preference. They’re service is very slow and they do not care about customer service what so ever. I would give this 5 stars if I felt respected by the workers.

Very good service and friendly employees. Many different choices from breakfast sandwiches to just plain bagels to spread for the bagels like cream cheese or peanut butter and jelly. Bagels always nice and fresh and great product. I would recommend checking then out for a quick breakfast or even lunch type sandwhiches.

Bruegger's is excellent. They have perfectly cooked Bagels that are a little bit crispy on the outside, and nice and soft and chewy on the inside. They make their cream cheeses in house last I knew. Their sandwiches are very good too.

It only takes one bad attitude to ruin everything. There’s many pleasant and friendly people working here but one acts like she’s mad that people are at the restaurant or asking questions. Very unfortunate.

Never a bad time to visit! If you are not feeling well may we suggest the chicken soup? Seems to cure what ails ya! If they would put this into a care package...well then, or better yet, sell it by the quart to those who are sick we could get better. Just a bug in the ear guys!

New customer. Yummy bagel but lacking customer service, bordered on rude. Watching guy put cream cheese I asked for "just a little more" instead of communicating with me he doubles the amount(I threw most of it away, was waaaaay too much & discusting) and tells the cashier "double cheese" I'm standing right in front of him,is it unreasonable to ask the customer if this is what they want? He never looks up from his workstation much less make eye contact with me, was like i was bothersome for him. I was the 1st customer of the day, good luck to the rest of his customers.

This review is based on the experience I had today. I have been coming here every Friday and ordering a Route 66 for months. Normally, I get exactly what I order. Today, my sandwich was made by a man who looked like he might be the manager (and also like he did not want to be there...). After waiting for quite awhile, I got my sandwich, left, and while I was on my way to work I realized what I got was half of one sandwich, and half of another. I went back to get what I paid for...and I ended up with an equally sloppily made sandwich (and no apology). Wasn't cut all the way through, minimal condiments...etc. I guess next time I will wait for someone else to make it.

This place used to be great and now the customer service sucks. We went in there with a family of 5. From the moment we walked in all we got was rude behavior and attitude from the employee. The manager was no better. After the employee refused to listen to the way that we wanted them and refuse to be aware of allergies we left, then we chose to call back and complain to the manager and got a severe attitude from her about the fact that we should just expect that. This is not the way any company should be.
