I am amazed how some businesses take an advantage of covid not to fully open their places. Most of the restaurants in town opened their doors for dine in but not this place. I understand there is not much bagels places in town so the owner just doing whatever he wants knowing that no competition out there and client will come to him. Excuse me but although i love bagels i am not going to visit this place again. Long long service line, unhappy workers and tip box at check out. Tip for what? overall unsatisfactory experience. I am out!

I love this place. Not crazy about their coffee, tho they make a big deal about it. Bagels are on point. They're boiled then baked, chewy outside, standing up to toppings. Their veggie cream cheese is SO good, best I've ever had. (Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese is the way to go.).

So I had reviewed this place a long time ago before covid changed the way we do business. Went back this morning for the first time in probably 2 years. I was really disappointed. Was not even acknowledged by the staff working the line literally 4 feet in front of me. While I waited for them to realize I was standing there I had a chance to look around. There was a cobweb hanging over the prep area. Light fixtures and signs had a very visible layer of dust and dirt. You could tell they haven't been cleaned in a while. They have signs on the doors telling you that the dining room is closed... And... It needs vacuuming and dusting too. There were seven people that I saw working behind the counter. One person finally asked what I wanted. She wrote it down and made my sandwich. The cashier didn't greet me. She just kind of barked "what did you get?" And as soon as she handed me my change she turned her back on my and started goofing off again, except I was still standing there, still waiting for my food. I got my food. Not even a thank you. The sandwich was okay. Not worth the $6.99. I really doubt I'll be back at this point. They don't seem to care, so why should i...

The food is good, the Covid protocols are great. No onion bagels, though, and the shift supervisor, Sam, is rude and sullen.

I am changing my review. Although I still love the food, and appreciate the return of the onion bagels, the morale at the store has fallen to the point where it is unpleasant to even go in. The counter staff is unfriendly, at best, and often downright rude. They seem poorly trained, and have to ask you to repeat your (single sandwich) order multiple times. The managers seem to be the worst offenders. Today I did not even receive what I ordered. I will give it one more try.

Their hospitality is horrible; my four year son who is ADHD spilled some orange juice, accidentally on the floor. Although I apologized profusely and offered to clean it up, the staff, particularly the woman who identified herself as the manager, was very hostile and condescending to us. The next time I came in I got a cold bagel, and the last time, I literally counted five people get served first who came in behind me. The quality of this place leaves a lot to be desired and they may as well have a "No Children" sign out front because it would have been preferable to the hostility by which we were treated. While we absolutely love bagels, I will NEVER go back to what I feel is an absolute slop shop again.

Good quality food and almost worth the prices. The customer service is what brings it down. I’ve seen been there several times throughout years and have yet been made to feel welcome. I am vision impaired and have a hard time looking at the menu board. Today I asked if they had a paper menu and stated I was vision impaired. I was told a simple “No”. No offers of assistance so I didn’t order a sandwich but just 2 bagels. My daughter ordered a sandwich and 2 bagels with cream cheese. When we got out food, the cream cheese was already on the bagels. She wasn’t even asked if she wanted a cup like they usually do and my bagels were just thrown in the bottom of the bag not even wrapped in cellophane like usual.

Excellent bagels, zero complaints. Decent prices and good service. Wonderful 12 grain bagel, egg, and cheese.

Nothing like New York Bagles, boiled and baked.
Very good flavors. I really miss their smoked salmon cream cheese.
I especially love the Everything Bagles.
Keep up the good work Bruegger's

Today was my first time going to this brueggers location. I was waiting in line because it’s about 8 am so slightly busy. The young women working the register asked her manager for help and the manager responded with “you know how to do this, I’ve shown you seven times” in a rude and condescending tone. I get it, you work an early shift, may have had a late night with kids or rough morning with the dogs. She continued to give no compassion towards her customer service when ringing up customers at the register, not even a glance or eye contact when speaking to a customer. Although you may have been in a bad mood, you should re-evaluate and compose yourself before stepping out onto the floor of your business and diminishing your employees - and turning off possible return customers.
