Sweet Joy Shoppe

Love visiting whenever we are town to see family. Really cute little place to get food, coffee, tea, gelato, and even local art. Cozy little area to sit and relax even can play games they have there with friends. Their chias are great and the teas are my personal favorites. Smoothies are also really great and my fiances favorites. All and all would highly recommend.

Sweet Joy Shoppe is the perfect cafe. Not only do they serve amazing drinks (I highly recommend their Americano and Strawberry Tea) but their food is always superb. They support the artist community by displaying artwork and handmade trinkets from the local area. Sometimes it gets pretty busy in the lunch rush, but regardless I've always been able to find a seat and friendly staff. If you haven't been there yet it should be your next stop!

The food was great! I wasn't sure what I wanted because I'd never been there before and I'm not really an avocado lover. The woman up front was very patient and based on a few questions she asked, suggested a gyro. And It was delicious! I will be back. Great customer service and the food was beyond my expectations.

Always nice to stop in this small town gem. Have yet to leave unsatisfied. Great people, great food, coffee and teas. Will certainly be back soon!

I love this place and enjoy it every chance I get. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu.

I'll be honest. I own the place so of course I like it. I recommend the breakfast burritos.

Been there many times for lunch and evening meetings. Always good. Breakfast today was not good. Hate to give them a bad review but won't be going back for Breakfast.

Visited during Ragbrai and this shop amazed me! In addition to opening early to make us coffees they provided showers to our whole team! The hospitality was great! Wendy and Danielle were fantastic hostesses! They also feature artists and their wares including canvas art, note cards, jewelry, embroidery work and more. Tara, one of their featured artists gave this beginner seamstress some great advice too!

Quaint, small town vibe, serving food and coffee that is pleasantly far, far better than expected. The chef knows what he's doing, and the bean water is brewed with care. Also, a great place to work.

I love the Sweet Joy Shop. My husband and I go there often. We love our hot chai tea and wonderful baked goods. It's such a lovely place. You can sit outside, if you like, it's very comfortable there or there are many other places to sit. They have many paintings from area artists and they have photographs from area artists. Also they have many different plaques and books and many interesting things to look at and to purchase if you like... you just have to try it cuz it's a great place!!!!!!
