Great view, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious dessert! My Greek Salad was small but yummy, and my wife's Veggie Lasagna was very tasty! We will definitely be back!
Great view. I want to like this place more but the furniture and carpeting feels out of place. The food was good for the price but I was expecting a better selection.
This was hands-down the best dining experience I’ve had while visiting our college student. We had brunch, and it was phenomenal. Yann, the chef helped us schedule the brunch and accomidated our last minute request for a special cake. The Brunch was amazing, course after course of fantastic scratch made food. At the end there was even a flambé experience. We will be back to check out their dinner experience. They also had a quaint little area for specialty coffees that I would highly recommend. The view was fantastic as well.
Biggest issue: Service takes a lot of time. I mean lots of time (So there goes 2 stars). Maybe that was because it was mothers day. I could see many customers visibly more upset than us. Also their buffet had limited cheese! I understand, but then it shouldn't be called a buffet (there goes another star). The guy serving Bacon, Potatoes etc was very nice.
The head chef did a great job of entertaining everyone. I saw that the kids were having a great time (so 1 star is given back).
Run by a brilliant owner, there is evidence of European influence throughout Clouds. There is an atmosphere suitable for any type of need from a comfy study lounge, to a restruant-feel on the lower level, to an area reservable. A consistent theme throughout with staff that are friendly and a menu unique enough to introduce to new things while not scaring you away. This is a place you can find inspiration with the astonishing views of campus. A new favorite for me to study or meet up with friends.
This is the new coffee shop in Ames! The atmosphere here is great, its not super crowded and you get a beautiful view of Iowa States Campus. Comfortable seating to make you feel right at home and great drinks as well!
Came to do some work and the girl said she'd bring me my coffee. I said "cool, thanks" and told her where I'd be. Didn't really bother to follow up for the next half hour since I was pretty intensely focused on what I was doing but eventually she brought it over and seemed confused that I never came to pick it up. I politely reminded her what she had told me and said that was why. So here I am drinking a room temperature coffee that cost me $5+tip... +1 star though since it was still pretty good
No one's here @12pm on Wednesday, checked Facebook, the door and the website says nothing about being close on Nov 23rd. Came all the way from Boone to study. I already have a hard time coming to this place since it closes at 6pm. Disappointing, I'll go to diem.
Been here twice. I wanted to give the place a second chance. It is just too overpriced and the food/ drinks are horrible. I had the veggie lasagna which was cold and frozen. And their specialty drink tasted bad. I also had their cold brew and was not a fan. My friend had the blueberry tea and they did not like that either. The only good thing is the atmosphere. Otherwise I do not recommend. To make matters worse I was supposed to be given $5 off my bill due to their special, but instead was given less then that off. I will not be returning. Waste of money.

Good Food. A bit pricey but that's their call.

Food was bland quality below zero. Was there for the dinner theater entertainment. Entertained I was not at all. Would not waste my time or my money.
