The coffee is going d. Lots of choices. The menu looks good. Many new things to try but my crazy egg hash was lukewarm and he over easy eggs were over hard with no runny yolk.. a bit disappointed since all I hear is he w great they are

Our favorite breakfast place in Warsaw. Worth the trip to the edge of town with a spacious & modern interior. Great coffee drinks and laid back atmosphere. Our favorite is the egg Florentine and anything with their bacon gravy. Reasonably priced and always friendly customer service. They can be busy on Saturday mornings so we know to get there a little earlier but if you need to it’s worth the wait! They recently changed their seating to allow for more tables and better use of their space. Well done!

Food was excellent. Atmosphere was relaxed. Staff was attentive and kind. Can't wait to go back. The farm theme is well done - modern yet rustic/industrial. I love how the ,building and food all tie together with class.

Such a neat place to visit. Coffee bar and farm fresh eggs along with about 15 dine-in tables. Maple Butterscotch Latte was the highlight☕

As always the food is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the farm chic atmosphere is a favorite. I have been several times and they have not disappointed.

Visiting our family in town. We came for "brunch" and pleased with the service, food and coffee. The waiting time is longer but it was worth the wait when I got my meal. Hubby likes his Waffich (waffle sandwich) too. Ambiance is definitely an experience, even there are lots of people, it doesn't feel crammed or crowded because of how the tables are placed. Bathrooms are clean and love the "fixer upper" style. Definitely a place to stop by if you're passing Warsaw, IN.

Response to owner, nowhere on the add does it say it has hard boiled eggs in the add and when I called the girl agrees it doesn’t say that in the add at all. False advertising, I ordered eggs Benedict and got sausage and biscuits with hard boiled eggs. The food was average at best but was not at all what was advertised. Will not be back.

The place has so much to offer that it becomes a great option to visit for either breakfast or lunch. The menu has enough food choices to keep anyone from visiting anywhere else in the Warsaw IN region.

Food was great. However, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and then waited another hour to receive our food. It was also quite a wait to receive our drinks, even though they were good. Definitely an option if you do not have a schedule to keep, or another place to be.

My fiancee and I just moved to Warsaw last month and decided to try this place out for breakfast today. I had their Crazy egg scrambler with wheat toast and a hot crazy egg mocha. The scrambler was delicious! The eggs were fluffy, the cheese perfectly melted, and the sausage gravy added just the right amount of spice. The toast was okay, but a little burnt and that along with the mocha, which was good but not amazing, were the only reasons I took a point away. Service here was great, the staff was quick, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to coming back!
