I have recently started going here for about a month now I ordered the same thing every time I go there and every time I drink tastes different I've had a few drinks where I've actually have thrown away because they did not taste good one time I did ask a blonde hair girl employee to fix my drink because it did not taste correct and to remake it and she rolled her eyes at me and never remade it just added more sweetener in it ended up taking it home and throwing it away I called to get a hold of a manager they left a message for the manager with my name number what my order was what time I was there when this happened and I never got a call back yesterday I thought I'd give it one more go and give them the benefit of the doubt ordered what I usually get once again did not taste correct don't want to keep asking to get it remade because it never does and it always becomes a problem management doesn't care to fix problems I will not be bringing my money here anymore until my issue gets resolved

I ordered a plain black coffee with two creamers and four sugars the girl put so much cream into the coffee and made the coffee almost White it was a eggshell color and I asked her to remake it so I can have coffee in it not just dairy product she got a attitude and said she would have to contact her boss after the mistake she made she didn't want to fix it so I just left!
