BIGGBY COFFEE

Really want to give them more stars. Coffee is great. However very slow service.

2 month updat....Thought I would update my review. Service in the drive thru is about the same; it's very slow if there are more than 2-3 cars in line. Going inside is usually a much faster way to go especially if you just get a refill. Which brings me to my next complaint. For over 2 months I've been going in and getting a refill and taking my OWN mug and getting charged $1.51. Now all of a sudden they have a new "rule". If you don't have their mug then they charge you $2.00! The same for a large coffee in THEIR paper cup. Come on Biggby! Your mugs are no good. they don't keep coffee hot; on top of that I can go down the street to Duncan Donuts who will take any mug and only charge $1.07. Duncan Donuts gets that customers don't want to be forced to buy a cheap cup; customers want to be able to choose what cup they use and not be charged a premium for it. Not sure I"ll continue my morning ritual at Biggby.....

The coffee is more expensive than the other competitors and tastes the worst. I know my coffee and I see why they are not very busy at this location. The staff has no personality or friendly demeanor.

Id rate 0 if possible. She cut me off during my order and when i repeated she said she got it. Proceeded to get the order wrong. Would not provide receipt and rushed me off yelling when i asked to fix the order

Great coffee, so many flavors, their muffins are also delicious, wont order from any other coffee place. Love love love Biggby Coffee

I'll tell you why Biggby coffee is so fire, but I got this Red Bull cream iced smoothie with fresh strawberries in it for $8 and it was so good and totally worth it and it was so great and totally expensive!

Great friendly service with a minimal wait time to receive your order. Plus the coffee is amazing! By far better than Starbucks and Seattle's Best.

Jenn and Tony have done an outstanding job turning this place around and turning up the customer service focus. Great crew and leadership now. This has become my favorite Biggby :-)

Awesome coffee. One of the best coffee I've ever had. Teddy Bear is very good. Not too sweet and strong brew. Absolutely love it.
