BIGGBY COFFEE

First time to a Biggby coffee. I got a large Michigan coffee with a shot of espresso. Ended up not liking it (to sweet) they let me choose another one and gave me another shot if espresso. Not big on bagels, but tried the sausage and egg was pretty good. Customer service was great and no wait time.

I ordered 2 FROZEN Carmel Apple Ciders with a coupon for $1.99 each. I was told that I could only get one for $1.99 with the coupon even though the coupon doesn't say anywhere on it limit one per coupon. Then, to top it all off, I got the drinks and they weren't frozen. So, I had to wait for them to be made again. In total, I was in the drive through line for about 20 minutes. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the drinks did taste good. This was my first and last visit. I'll stick to Starbucks.

I came to get a quick coffee and sat in line for over 15 minutes and the line didn’t move. Watched the workers just sit there in their phones. This is ridiculous.

This place is GREAT! Not only is the coffee (hot, iced or frozen) top notch, the customer service is always friendly, above and beyond! I'd give it more stars if I could. ❤️❤️❤️

I work at Taco Bell and everyday me and my coworkers walk there and get coffees in the drive thru we went earlier today and got them fine and couple hours later we went again to get a freeze the manger came to the window and started yelling talking about we dont do walk ups mind you we were the only people in line and have been doing this for awile but we been doing this method about for 3 weeks now . And she called me and my coworkers liars saying she was here but we already got drinks how was we lying . The manger was very unprofessional and rude and I asked for her name and she said her name was cece she is black and had red lip stick I won’t be back . Lost 4 costumers in the matter of 2 minutes

Great coffee but more employees than customers yet I still stood at the register for about 5 minutes before being told hello. Overheard manager and employees arguing over who was calling off the following week for personal reason during 3 of those minutes.

I am usually a biggby fan but today I had a horrible experience. My family and I went for a bike ride and tried to go through the drive-thru. We were ignored at the drive-thru ordering so we went up to the window and the lady did not know what to do just because we were on bikes. A car pulled up to the drive-thru and she asked if we could wait until after they ordered because we would be slow(there are 6 of us). We left and went to Starbucks where they were happy to serve us.

Amazing place! Was in town for an overnight stay near this coffee shop. Stopped in not knowing what a fabulous menu and coffee selection! Great service, scrumptious food and what a deal! I'd highly recommend anyone staying in the area to try it!

This is a good location, but prefer the Granger location

I like Biggby. It's probably the only chain place I actually like. The staff are great, the coffee is good, and the environment is nice for everything from reading a book, to homework, to catching up with a friend, to taking someone on a date. Plus, their roots are local in Michigan.
